The present invention relates to a balcony guardrail having a disaster prevention function in case of apartment fire. More specifically, the present invention relates to a balcony guardrail having a disaster prevention function in case of apartment fire, adjusting the height of the guardrail if necessary to provide a disaster prevention function for placing the guardrail to the lowest level so as to prevent casualties by rapid escape through a window in case of fire and provide a protection window function for placing the guardrail to the highest level so as to prevent external invasion in general. Moreover, extension of the guardrail can be easily performed when a guardrail height adjustment apparatus is initially operated in accordance with the extension of the guardrail without overload in a reduction electric motor.
본 발명은 공동주택의 화재시 재난기능을 갖춘 발코니 난간대에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 난간대의 높이를 필요에 따라 조절할 수 있도록 하여 화재시, 난간대를 가장 낮게 함으로 인해 창문을 통한 신속한 대피로 인명피해를 방지하는 재난기능을 가지며, 평상시, 난간대를 최대한 높여 외부 침입을 방지하는 방호창의 기능을 갖는 한편, 난간대의 신장에 따른 난간대높이조절장치의 초기 구동시 감속전동모터에서 과부하가 발생됨이 없이 난간대의 신장이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 공동주택의 화재시 재난기능을 갖춘 발코니 난간대에 관한 것이다.
