The present invention relates to a balcony railing with an improved safety function of an apartment house and, more specifically, relates to a balcony railing with an improved safety function of an apartment house, wherein a height of the railing is adjusted in accordance with necessity to prevent a falling accident of children in the middle position, and perform a safety function while preventing intrusion from the outside at the highest position. Moreover, corrosion in a lower portion of a pipe can be prevented, wherein the corrosion is caused by rainwater flowing into the inside of a vertical railing portion.
본 발명은 공동주택의 안전기능이 향상된 발코니 난간대에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 난간대의 높이를 필요에 따라 조절할 수 있도록 하여 중간 위치에서 어린이의 추락 사고 등을 방지하고 가장 높은 위치에서 외부로부터의 침입 등을 방지하면서 안전기능을 하는 한편, 수직난간대부의 내부로 유입되는 우수 등으로 인한 파이프 하부의 부식 등을 방지하기 위한 공동주택의 안전기능이 향상된 발코니 난간대에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 공동주택의 안전기능이 향상된 발코니 난간대에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 난간대의 높이를 필요에 따라 조절할 수 있도록 하여 중간 위치에서 어린이의 추락 사고 등을 방지하고 가장 높은 위치에서 외부로부터의 침입 등을 방지하면서 안전기능을 하는 한편, 수직난간대부의 내부로 유입되는 우수 등으로 인한 파이프 하부의 부식 등을 방지하기 위한 공동주택의 안전기능이 향상된 발코니 난간대에 관한 것이다.
