The present invention provides a panel integrated by boards fused to each other by using an aluminum welding agent, which has excellent heat resistance characteristics and is very easily processed, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The panel, in which the boards are welded to each other and integrated, has a pair of packing plates and a plurality of core plates formed in a strip shape, wherein the core plates are partially coupled to each other to form a honeycomb-shaped hollow, and the core part is disposed between the packing plates facing each other, wherein both ends of the core part are coupled to the packing plates, and the core plate and the packing plate can be fusion bonded to each other by the welding agent.
본 발명은 내열 특성이 우수하고 가공이 매우 용이한 알루미늄 용접제를 이용하여 판재가 서로 융착되어 일체로 접합되는 패널 및 그의 제조 방법을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 알루미늄 용접제를 이용하여 판재가 서로 융착되어 일체로 접합되는 패널은, 한 쌍의 외장판 및 띠 형상으로 형성된 복수의 코어판을 가지고, 상기 코어판이 서로 부분 결합되어 허니컴 형상의 중공이 형성되는 코어부를 포함하고, 상기 코어부는 서로 마주하는 상기 외장판의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 코어부의 양 단이 상기 외장판에 결합되며, 상기 코어판과 상기 외장판은 용접제에 의해 서로 용융 접합될 수 있다.
