According to the present invention, a roof deck system having a sound absorption and fireproof structure comprises: a fireproof structure deck which supports a roof, is installed in a horizontal direction with respect to a roof support beam on an upper part of a roof support beam having a fireproof structure, and is formed by being bent with a nonflammable steel plate to open an upper part; a fixing clamp which is assembled to the fireproof structure deck to be extended from the bottom of the fireproof structure deck to the upper part; a structural shape steel which is supported by the fixing clamp and assembled to the fixing clamp to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the fireproof structure deck; and a nonflammable insulating material which is filled inside the fireproof structure deck to cover at least a part of the fixing clamp and the structural shape steel. A plurality of sound absorption holes are perforated in the plate surface forming the bottom floor of the fireproof structure deck. Accordingly, the roof deck system is not supported by a perling which is not prepared in a fireproof structure, but the perling is hidden inside and is made into a set. Thus, the roof deck system is supported by a major structure beam having a fireproof structure while the perling is skipped completely at the outside. The roof of a building is supported likewise. Also, thermal deformation is minimized when a fire occurs. Also, breakdown of the roof can be prevented. At the same time, indoor noise can be effectively absorbed and blocked.
본 발명에 따른 흡음 및 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템은: 지붕을 지지하며 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 지지 보의 상부에서 지붕 지지 보에 대해 가로방향으로 설치되며, 상부가 개방되게 불연도장강판으로 절곡 형성된 내화구조 데크; 상기 내화구조 데크의 바닥으로부터 상부로 연장되게 상기 내화구조 데크에 조립된 고정용 클램프; 상기 고정용 클램프에 의해 지지 되어 상기 내화구조 데크의 길이방향을 따라 연장되도록 상기 고정용 클램프에 조립된 구조용 형강; 및, 상기 내화구조 데크의 내부로 채워져 상기 고정용 클램프와 상기 구조용 형강의 적어도 일부가 감싸지도록 구비된 불연 단열재;를 포함하고, 상기 내화구조 데크의 하부 바닥을 이루는 판면에는 다수의 흡음공들이 천공 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내화구조로 마련되지 않은 중도리에 의해 지지 되지 않고 중도리가 내부로 숨겨져 세트화되어 외부에서는 중도리가 아예 생략된 상태로 내화구조를 갖는 주요구조 보에 의해 지지 되며 건축물의 지붕을 지지하도록 함으로써, 화재 발생시에는 열변형이 최소화 되도록 하여 지붕의 무너져내림이 방지되도록 할 수 있게 됨과 동시에 실내의 소음이 효과적으로 흡수되어 차단되도록 할 수 있는 흡음 및 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 흡음 및 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템은: 지붕을 지지하며 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 지지 보의 상부에서 지붕 지지 보에 대해 가로방향으로 설치되며, 상부가 개방되게 불연도장강판으로 절곡 형성된 내화구조 데크; 상기 내화구조 데크의 바닥으로부터 상부로 연장되게 상기 내화구조 데크에 조립된 고정용 클램프; 상기 고정용 클램프에 의해 지지 되어 상기 내화구조 데크의 길이방향을 따라 연장되도록 상기 고정용 클램프에 조립된 구조용 형강; 및, 상기 내화구조 데크의 내부로 채워져 상기 고정용 클램프와 상기 구조용 형강의 적어도 일부가 감싸지도록 구비된 불연 단열재;를 포함하고, 상기 내화구조 데크의 하부 바닥을 이루는 판면에는 다수의 흡음공들이 천공 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내화구조로 마련되지 않은 중도리에 의해 지지 되지 않고 중도리가 내부로 숨겨져 세트화되어 외부에서는 중도리가 아예 생략된 상태로 내화구조를 갖는 주요구조 보에 의해 지지 되며 건축물의 지붕을 지지하도록 함으로써, 화재 발생시에는 열변형이 최소화 되도록 하여 지붕의 무너져내림이 방지되도록 할 수 있게 됨과 동시에 실내의 소음이 효과적으로 흡수되어 차단되도록 할 수 있는 흡음 및 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
