The present invention provides an artificial turf structure with enhanced environmental-friendliness, and a manufacturing and construction method thereof. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing an artificial turf structure comprises the steps of: implanting turf piles on the upper part of a foamed layer; coating a backside coting agent on the lower part of the foamed layer; and preheating the backside coating agent to form a stacked structure in which the backside coating agent, the foamed layer, and the lower part of the turf pile are integrated, and selectively winding and storing the acquired artificial turf structure in a roll shape.
본 발명은 내구성을 충분히 제공하면서 잔디파일에 선명성을 부여할 수 있고 직모파일이 고정되는 기포층의 배면코팅제 또한 적절하게 고정하면서 친환경성이 보강된 인조잔디 구조체와 이의 제조 시공방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
