The present invention relates to a refractory mortar composition and a construction method thereof, wherein the refractory mortar composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag: 20 to 1,000 parts by weight of an aggregate; 10 to 60 parts by weight of vermiculite; 5 to 40 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 5 to 40 parts by weight of water glass; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of caustic soda. The refractory mortar composition according to the present invention has excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation and/or strength, and also has excellent economic feasibility.
본 발명은 고로슬래그 100중량부 기준으로, 골재 20 내지 1,000중량부; 질석 10 내지 60중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 5 내지 40중량부; 물유리 5 내지 40중량부; 및 가성소다 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 내화모르타르 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내화모르타르 조성물은 내화성, 단열성 및/또는 강도가 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 경제성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
Eco-Friendly Fire Resistant Mortar Composition and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a refractory mortar composition and a construction method thereof, wherein the refractory mortar composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag: 20 to 1,000 parts by weight of an aggregate; 10 to 60 parts by weight of vermiculite; 5 to 40 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 5 to 40 parts by weight of water glass; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of caustic soda.
