Eco-Friendly Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a mortar composition for eco-friendly repairing a cross section, and to a cross section repairing method using the composition, wherein the mortar composition is composed of: 10-40 parts by weight of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 5-20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 5-20 parts by weight of natural cellulose fibers; 5-20 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 3-8 parts by weight of silica fume; 10-60 parts by weight of fly ash; 10-40 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5-15 parts by weight of a moisturizer; 3-15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion improver; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a retarder; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a high-performance water-reducing agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. Therefore, the mortar composition for eco-friendly repairing a cross section can improve a working environment, reduce environmental contamination, have the equivalent to or higher than strength of the conventional cement and, at the same time, be quickly hardened and thus, be easily applied to the place of use, which requires quick hardening properties.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 40중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 천연셀룰로오스 섬유 5 내지 20중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 20중량부; 실리카퓸 3 내지 8중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 보습제 5 내지 15중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 단면 보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 단면 보수용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되어 속경성이 요구되는 사용처에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
