Eco-Friendly Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mortar composition for repairing a section and a method for repairing a section using the same. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly mortar composition includes: 100 parts by weight of cement; 10-30 parts by weight of seaweed; 10-40 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 3-8 parts by weight of silica fume; 5-30 parts by weight of metakaolin; 5-20 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 10-60 parts by weight of fly ash; 1-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 5-30 parts by weight of a hardener; 5-20 parts by weight of fiber; 10-40 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 5-15 parts by weight of humectant; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a superplasticizer. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly mortar composition can improve working environments and reduce environmental pollution. In addition, the eco-friendly mortar composition has rigidity same as or greater than that of existing cement, and can be easily applied to a place requiring rapid curing performance by being rapidly cured, at the same time.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 해조류 10 내지 30중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 40중량부; 실리카퓸 3 내지 8중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 20중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 1 내지 10중량부; 경화제 5 내지 30중량부; 섬유 5 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 보습제 5 내지 15중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 단면 보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 단면 보수용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되어 속경성이 요구되는 사용처에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mortar composition for repairing a section and a method for repairing a section using the same.
