The present invention provides a fire retardant FRP panel composition. According to the present invention, the fire retardant FRP panel composition includes: 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; 1-5 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 5-20 parts by weight of fiber; 3-20 parts by weight of a retardant; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a fire retardant supplement agent; 10-40 parts by weight of a hardener; 5-30 parts by weight of a lightweight material; 10-40 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 2-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 0.1-10 parts by weight of re-emulsification polymer powder; 1-10 parts by weight of a low shrinking agent; 1-10 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer; 0.1-20 parts by weight of a defoamer; and 0.1-20 parts by weight of a dispersing agent. According to the present invention, the fire retardant FRP panel composition has improved fire retardant performance, mechanical performance, durability, impact resistance, rigidity, and aseismicity. Therefore, the fire retardant FRP panel composition is effective in preventing fires and has good formability and aseismicity. In addition, the fire retardant FRP panel composition has a simple production process and low production costs.
본 발명은 에폭시 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 1 내지 5 중량부; 섬유 5 내지 20 중량부; 난연제 3 내지 20중량부; 난연보조제 0.1 내지 10중량부; 경화제 10 내지 40중량부; 경량재 5 내지 30중량부; 나노세라믹입자 10 내지 40중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 2 내지 10중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 저수축제 1 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 0.1 내지 20중량부; 및 분산제 0.1 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 난연성 FRP 패널조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 난연성 FRP 패널조성물은 난연성, 기계적 성능, 내구성, 내충격성, 강도 및 내진성 등을 향상시킨 난연성 FRP 패널조성물을 제공함으로써, 화재에 강하고, 성형성 및 내진성이 좋을 뿐만 아니라, 생산공정이 간편하여 생산비용이 저렴하다.

The present invention provides a fire retardant FRP panel composition.
