MORTAR FOR INHIBITING GENERATION OF FLYING DUST AND REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an anti-heat and anti-corrosive mortar composition with suppressed scattering dust, and a concrete structure repairing and reinforcing construction method using the same. The concrete structure repairing and reinforcing construction method using the anti-heat and anti-corrosive mortar composition with suppressed scattering dust can suppress generation of scattering dust due to mortar composed of powder when mixing the mortar with water, thereby improving working environment. The mortar composition comprises: 100-150 parts by weight of artificial silica; 5-20 parts by weight of acryl-based powdered resin; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a scattering dust inhibitor; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a basalt fiber, with respect to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic binder. In addition, the scattering dust inhibitor is formed by adding a matter in which 20-50 parts by weight of a functional admixture is sprayed and coated below 1 part by weight per minute, to a mixture in which 100-200 parts by weight of a natural cellulose fiber at 200-500 μm is mixed in 100 parts by weight of silica powder. Thus, the concrete structure repairing and reinforcing construction method can be conducted by complex action of the anti-heat and anti-corrosive mortar composition with suppressed scattering dust and an organic/inorganic complex neutralizing agent when mixing mortar with water.
본 발명은 비산먼지가 억제된 항열 방청 모르타르 조성물과 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수보강공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 모르타르-물 배합시, 분말로 이루어진 모르타르로 인한 비산먼지의 발생이 억제되어 작업환경이 개선될 수 있는 비산먼지가 억제된 항열 방청 모르타르 조성물과 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수보강공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 무기바인더 100 중량부에 대하여, 인조규사 100∼150 중량부, 아크릴계 분말수지 5∼20 중량부, 비산먼지 억제재 0.1∼5 중량부, 바샬트 섬유 0.1∼10 중량부로 이루어지되, 상기 비산먼지 억제재는, 실리카분말 100 중량부에, 200∼500㎛ 의 천연 셀룰로우스파이버 100∼200 중량부가 혼합된 혼합물에, 분당 1중량부 이하로 기능성 혼합재 20∼50중량부가 분사 코팅된 것이 첨가되어, 모르타르-물 배합시 비산먼지가 저감된 항열 방청 모르타르 조성물과 유/무기 복합 중성화제의 복합작용에 의해 콘크리트 구조물의 보수보강공법이 이루어지도록 되어 있다.

The present invention relates to an anti-heat and anti-corrosive mortar composition with suppressed scattering dust, and a concrete structure repairing and reinforcing construction method using the same. The concrete structure repairing and reinforcing construction method using the anti-heat and anti-corrosive mortar composition with suppressed scattering dust can suppress generation of scattering dust due to mortar composed of powder when mixing the mortar with water, thereby improving working environment.
