CONCRETE PILE HEAD CUTTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a device for cutting an exposed head of a concrete pile fixed on the ground. The present invention comprises a body, first and second clamp arms, a cutting position displaying unit, a recognizing unit, an angle measuring unit, a cutting unit, a controlling unit, a displaying unit, a sound outputting unit, and an angle controlling unit. The body is moved to a concrete pile which is a cut object by a moving unit. The first and second clamp arms allow an arc shaped one end to be rotated in both sides of the body. The cutting position displaying unit displays a cutting position in the concrete pile which is the cut object. The recognizing unit recognizes the cutting position displayed on the concrete pile, and outputs a corresponding signal by measuring the height of the cutting position. The angle measuring unit is arranged on the body, and outputs the corresponding signal by measuring front/back and left/right angles of the body. The cutting unit is respectively arranged in each lower part of the first and second clamp arms, and cuts the concrete pile. The controlling unit outputs a controlling signal depending on a comparison result by comparing the height measured in the recognizing unit with the height of the cutting unit. The displaying unit displays a value measured in the angle measuring unit. The sound outputting unit outputs an alarming signal depending on the controlling signal of the controlling unit. The angle controlling unit is controlled by a worker and controls the front/back and left/right angles of the body. The present invention performs cutting by displaying the accurate cutting position and confirming the cutting position when work of cutting a head of the concrete pile is performed. The present invention can measure front/back and left/right angles of a pile cutting unit and can inform the angles to the worker when the work of cutting the head of the concrete pile is performed. The present invention can perform uniform pile cutting by measuring the angles of the pile cutting unit and allowing the worker to control the angles of the pile cutting unit when the angles are changed in a state of performing the work of the cutting the head of the concrete pile.
본 발명에 의하면, 지중에 고정된 콘크리트 파일의 노출되어 있는 두부를 절단하는 장치로서, 이동 수단에 의해 절단 대상인 상기 콘크리트 파일로 이동하는 본체; 원호 형상으로 일단이 상기 본체의 양측에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 제1 및 제2 클램프암; 절단 대상인 상기 콘크리트 파일에 절단 위치를 표시하는 절단 위치 표시부; 상기 콘크리트 파일에 표시된 상기 절단 위치를 인식하고, 상기 절단 위치와의 높이를 측정하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 인식부; 상기 본체 상에 배치되고, 상기 본체의 전후 및 좌우 각도를 측정하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 각도 측정부; 상기 제1 및 제2 클램프암의 하부에 각각 배치되고, 상기 콘크리트 파일의 절단을 수행하는 절단부; 상기 인식부에서 측정된 높이와 상기 절단부의 높이를 비교하여 비교 결과에 따른 제어 신호를 출력하는 제어부; 상기 각도 측정부에서 측정한 값을 표시하는 표시부; 상기 제어부의 제어 신호에 따라 알람 신호를 출력하는 음향 출력부; 및 작업자에 의해 조절되고 상기 본체의 전후 및 좌우 각도를 조절하는 각도 조절부; 를 포함하는 콘크리트 파일 두부 절단 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 콘크리트 파일의 두부 절단 작업 시 정확한 절단 위치의 표시와 절단 위치를 확인하며 절단을 수행할 수 있고, 콘크리트 파일의 두부 절단 작업 시 파일 절단부의 전후와 좌우의 각도를 측정하여 작업자에게 알려줄 수 있으며, 콘크리트 파일의 두부 절단 작업 시 파일 절단부의 각도를 측정하고 각도 변화 시 작업자가 파일 절단부의 각도를 조절하여 균일한 파일 절단을 수행할 수 있다.
