CONCRETE PILE HEAD CUTTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an apparatus to cut a head of a concrete pile, capable of reducing working hours. According to the present invention, the apparatus to cut a head of a concrete pile comprises: a cutting unit body having a plate shape and having a groove-shaped front end part to surround the outer circumference of a concrete pile; a fixed frame protruding to a front side from both side ends of the cutting unit body to fix a side surface of the concrete pile; first and second hydraulic cylinders disposed on both sides of the upper part of the cutting unit box parallel with each other; first and second rectangular parallelepiped operation frames disposed at the front end part of the first and second hydraulic cylinders, respectively, having a roller disposed on both end parts of the upper part and moving along a side edge of the cutting unit box; and a wire saw wound and disposed on the roller to perform cutting work for the concrete pile. Accordingly, in the cutting work of the head part of the concrete pile exposed to the upper part of the ground, working hours and labor are reduced, efficiency and productivity of the cutting work are able to be improved, the horizontal quality of a cutting surface is secured, and an accident is able to be prevented.
본 발명은, 콘크리트 파일의 두부를 절단하는 장치로서, 플레이트 형태이고, 선단부는 상기 콘크리트 파일 외주를 감싸는 홈 형상의 절단부 본체; 상기 절단부 본체의 양측단에서 전방으로 돌출되어 상기 콘크리트 파일의 측면으로 고정되는 고정 프레임; 상기 절단부 본체의 상부 양측에 서로 평행하게 배치되는 제1 및 제2 유압 실린더; 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 실린더의 선단부에 각각 배치되고 상부로는 양단부에 롤러가 배치되며 상기 절단부 본체의 측단을 따라 이동하는 직육면체 형태의 제1 및 제2 동작 프레임; 상기 롤러에 감기어 배치되어 상기 콘크리트 파일에 대한 절단 작업을 수행하는 와이어 쏘를 포함하는 콘크리트 파일 두부 절단 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 지면의 상부로 노출되어 있는 콘크리트파일의 두부의 절단 작업 시 작업 시간이 단축되고 노동력이 감소되며 절단작업의 효율 및 작업 생산성이 향상되도록 할 수 있고, 콘크리트파일의 두부의 절단 작업 시 절단면의 수평 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 콘크리트파일의 두부의 절단 작업 시 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.
