Insulation panel and manufacturing method thereof

An objective of the present invention is to provide an insulation panel and a manufacturing method thereof which can obtain an overall uniform insulation effect. The insulation panel comprises: a pair of outer plates (10, 11) separated from each other; a plurality of finishing members (20) to connect edges of the pair of outer plates (10); and a filling material (30) foamed and filled in an internal space formed by the outer plate (10) and the finishing members (20). Any one finishing member (20) among the finishing members (20) is formed to have a smaller width (a) than a gap (b) between the pair of outer plates (10) to be fixed on an edge of the outer plate (10) on one side to form a filling material inlet (22) into which the filling material is injected between the finishing member (20) and the outer plate (11) on the other side. The insulation panel further comprises an opening/closing member (40) to open and close the filling material inlet (22).

본 발명은 상호 이격되게 배치된 한 쌍의 외부판(10,11); 상기 한 쌍의 외부판(10)의 가장자리를 연결하는 복수개의 마감부재(20); 및 상기 외부판(10) 및 마감부재(20)에 의해 형성되는 내부공간에서 발포되어 충전되는 충전재(30);를 포함하며, 상기 마감부재(20) 중 어느 하나의 마감부재(20)는 폭(a)이 한 쌍의 외부판(10) 사이의 간격(b)보다 작게 형성되어 일측 외부판(10)의 가장자리에 고정됨에 따라 이 마감부재(20)와 타측 외부판(11) 사이에 상기 충전재(30)를 주입시키는 충전재주입구(22)가 형성되고, 상기 충전재주입구(22)를 개폐하는 개폐부재(40)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열패널이다.
