The present invention relates to a swash plate control device for a construction equipment driving motor, capable of enabling a user to steplessly control a driving motor of construction equipment to a desired speed. The swash plate control device includes: a manipulation part generating an electric signal selectively applied to a motor or relief valve to continuously change an inclination angle of a swash plate; and a control part controlling the supply of operation oil from a pump to a chamber by delivering a first electric signal generated by manipulation of the manipulation part to the motor to increase the inclination angle of the swash plate, and controlling the discharge of the operation oil from the chamber to an operation oil tank via a relief valve by delivering a second electric signal generated by the manipulation of the manipulation part to the relief valve to reduce the inclination angle of the swash plate.

본 발명은 건설장비의 주행모터를 무단으로 사용자가 원하는 속도로 제어할 수 있는 건설장비 주행모터의 사판 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사판의 경사각을 연속적으로 변경시키기 위하여, 모터 또는 릴리프밸브로 선택적으로 인가되는 전기신호를 발생시키는 조작부를 구비하고, 사판의 경사각을 증가시키고자 할 경우 상기 조작부의 조작에 의해 발생된 제1전기신호를 모터에 전달하여 작동유가 펌프로부터 챔버로 공급되도록 제어하고, 사판의 경사각을 감소시키고자 할 경우 조작부의 조작에 의해 발생된 제2전기신호를 릴리프밸브에 전달하여 작동유가 챔버로부터 릴리프밸브를 경유하여 작동유 탱크로 배출되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설장비 주행모터의 사판 제어장치를 제공한다.
