Apparatus for controlling swash plate of travel motor in construction equipment
The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a swash plate of a travel motor in a construction equipment, comprising: a first cylinder; a second cylinder; a regulator for the second cylinder; a sensor portion; and a control portion. The first cylinder is in contact with one end portion provided at one side about a rotation center of the swash plate in the swash plate, and presses the swash plate in a direction where an inclination angle of the swash plate gets smaller by receiving a first working fluid driving a travel motor. The second cylinder is in contact with the other end portion provided at the other side about the rotation center of the swash plate in the swash plate, and presses the swash plate in a direction where the inclination angle of the swash plate gets larger by receiving a second working fluid. The regulator for the second cylinder controls the flow of the second working fluid supplied to the second cylinder. The sensor portion detects a load pressure signal of the first working fluid of the travel motor. The control portion is inputted with a load pressure signal of the first working fluid from the sensor portion, and controls the regulator for the second cylinder such that the flow of the second working fluid proportional to the load pressure signal of the first working fluid is supplied to the second cylinder from the regulator.
본 발명은 건설기계 주행모터의 사판 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 제1실린더와, 제2실린더와, 제2실린더용 레귤레이터와, 센서부와, 제어부를 포함한다. 제1실린더는 사판에서 사판의 회전중심을 기준으로 일측에 마련된 일단부에 접촉되고, 주행모터를 구동하는 제1작동유를 공급받아 사판의 경사각이 작아지는 방향으로 사판을 가압한다. 제2실린더는 사판에서 사판의 회전중심을 기준으로 타측에 마련된 타단부에 접촉되고, 제2작동유를 공급받아 사판의 경사각이 커지는 방향으로 사판을 가압한다. 제2실린더용 레귤레이터는 제2실린더로 공급되는 제2작동유의 유량을 제어한다. 센서부는 주행모터의 제1작동유의 부하압력 신호를 감지한다. 제어부는 센서부로부터 제1작동유의 부하압력 신호가 입력되고, 제1작동유의 부하압력 신호에 비례하는 제2작동유의 유량이 제2실린더용 레귤레이터로부터 제2실린더로 공급되도록 제2실린더용 레귤레이터를 제어한다.
