Apparatus for controlling swash plate in travel motor of construction equipment
The present invention relates to an apparatus to control a swash plate of a driving motor for a piece of construction equipment. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a cylinder; a pump; a motor to drive the pump; a driving mode selection unit; and a control unit. The cylinder comprises: a piston whose one end unit is connected to the swash plate to make a reciprocating motion; and a chamber which accommodates the piston, being divided into a first space unit and a second space unit with the piston in between, into and from which a hydraulic fluid flows. The pump selectively supplies the hydraulic fluid into the first space unit and the second space unit. The motor to drive the pump drives the pump. The driving mode selection unit may select a normal driving mode, in which a straight drive and a change of direction are allowed, or a precise driving mode, in which only a straight drive is allowed. The control unit, when the normal driving mode is selected, transmits a signal received from a left driving pedal unit to a left motor to drive the pump, and transmits a signal received from a right driving pedal unit to a right motor to drive the pump. When the precise driving mode is selected, the control unit receives a signal from each of the left driving pedal unit and the right driving pedal unit to transmit the same signal to the left motor to drive the pump and the right motor to drive the pump. The present invention is to provide an apparatus to control a swash plate of a driving motor for a piece of construction equipment, which is capable of performing a stepless control at a speed desired by a user and improving precision when a driver desires to drive straight.
본 발명은 건설장비 주행모터의 사판 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 실린더와, 펌프와, 펌프구동용 모터와, 주행모드 선택부와, 제어부를 포함한다. 실린더는 일단부가 사판에 연결되어 왕복이동하는 피스톤과, 피스톤이 수용되고 피스톤을 중심으로 양측에 작동유가 출입하는 제1공간부와 제2공간부로 구획되는 챔버를 구비한다. 펌프는 제1공간부 또는 제2공간부 내부로 작동유를 선택적으로 공급한다. 펌프구동용 모터는 펌프를 구동한다. 주행모드 선택부는 직진주행 및 방향전환이 가능한 정상주행 모드 또는 직진주행만이 가능한 정밀주행 모드를 선택할 수 있다. 제어부는 정상주행 모드가 선택된 경우 좌측 주행 페달부로부터 수신된 신호는 좌측 펌프구동용 모터에, 우측 주행 페달부로부터 수신된 신호는 우측 펌프구동용 모터에 각각 전송하고, 정밀주행 모드가 선택된 경우 좌측 주행 페달부 및 우측 주행 페달부로부터 각각 신호를 수신하여 좌측 펌프구동용 모터 및 우측 펌프구동용 모터에 동일한 신호를 전송한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to control a swash plate of a driving motor for a piece of construction equipment. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a cylinder; a pump; a motor to drive the pump; a driving mode selection unit; and a control unit. The present invention is to provide an apparatus to control a swash plate of a driving motor for a piece of construction equipment, which is capable of performing a stepless control at a speed desired by a user and improving precision when a driver desires to drive straight.
