Disclosed is a manufacturing apparatus of a blind fabric slat. The present invention, comprises: a fabric supply part supplied in a state where a plurality of fabric workpieces cut to the predetermined width are wound; a high frequency heating part installed adjacent to the fabric supply unit to process the fabric workpieces using a high frequency so as to have a half moon cross-sectional structure; a rapid cooling part provided adjacent to the high frequency heating part to cool the fabric workpieces passing through the high frequency heating part; and a fabric accommodating part installed adjacent to the rapid cooling part in order to wind and receive the plurality of fabric workpieces passed through the rapid cooling part.
블라인드용 직물 슬랫의 제조장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은, 소정의 폭으로 절단된 다수의 직물피가공물이 감겨진 상태에서 공급되는 원단공급부; 상기 직물피가공물을 반달형 단면구조를 갖도록 고주파를 이용하여 가공하기 위해 상기 원단공급부에 인접하여 설치되는 고주파 가열부; 상기 고주파 가열부를 통과한 직물피가공물을 냉각하기 위해 상기 고주파 가열부에 인접하여 설치되는 급속냉각부; 및 상기 급속냉각부를 거친 다수의 직물피가공물을 감아서 수용하기 위해 상기 급속냉각부에 인접하여 설치되는 원단수용부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
