The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a slat for a vertical blind, which can easily perform a process of manufacturing a slat for a vertical blind into a size in accordance with a use standard and an installation location, thereby increasing productivity, and allows the slat to be vertically balanced by tensile force thereof, thereby increasing aesthetic sensibility, a slat manufacturing method using the same, and a slat for a vertical blind manufactured thereby. To achieve the purposes, the apparatus comprises: a fabric feeder (100) around which a base fabric (10) for a slat (2) mounted on a vertical blind is wound in the form of a roll, and which cuts the wound base fabric (10) in a desired length and then provides the same; a bottom feeder (200) around which a bottom fabric (20) for the slat (2) mounted on the vertical blind is wound in the form of a roll, and which cuts the wound bottom fabric (20) in a desired length and then provides the same; and a fusing machine (300) to which the base fabric (10) and the bottom fabric (20) are seated on each other and supplied while the bottom fabric (20) provided through the bottom feeder (200) is laid over a lower part of the base fabric (10) provided through the fabric feeder (100), and which bonds the supplied base fabric (10) and bottom fabric (20) by thermal fusion to form the same as a body, manufacturing the slat (2).
본 발명은 버티컬 블라인드의 슬랫을 사용규격 및 설치장소에 맞게 일정 크기로 제작하는 공정을 간편하게 수행되게 하여 생산성을 높이도록 하고, 또한 버티컬 블라인드의 슬랫의 자체적인 인장력으로 수직균형을 맞추도록 하여 심미감을 향상시키도록 하는 버티컬 블라인드의 슬랫 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 슬랫 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 버티컬 블라인드용 슬랫에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 해결하기 위해 본 발명은; 버티컬 블라인드에 장착되는 슬랫(2)의 베이스원단(10)이 롤 형태로 권취되고, 상기 권취된 베이스원단(10)을 요구하는 임의 길이로 절단한 후 제공하는 원단공급기(100)와; 버티컬 블라인드에 장착되는 슬랫(2)의 바텀원단(20)이 롤 형태로 권취되고, 상기 권취된 바텀원단(20)을 요구하는 임의 길이로 절단한 후 제공하는 바텀공급기(200)와; 상기 원단공급기(100)를 통해 제공된 베이스원단(10)의 하부로 상기 바텀공급기(200)를 통해 제공된 바텀원단(20)이 포개지면서 서로 안착되어 공급되고, 상기 공급된 베이스원단(10)과 바텀원단(20)을 열융착으로 접합하여 일체화시키면서 슬랫(2)을 제작하는 융착기(300)를 포함하여 구성된다.

본 발명은 버티컬 블라인드의 슬랫을 사용규격 및 설치장소에 맞게 일정 크기로 제작하는 공정을 간편하게 수행되게 하여 생산성을 높이도록 하고, 또한 버티컬 블라인드의 슬랫의 자체적인 인장력으로 수직균형을 맞추도록 하여 심미감을 향상시키도록 하는 버티컬 블라인드의 슬랫 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 슬랫 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 버티컬 블라인드용 슬랫에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 해결하기 위해 본 발명은; 버티컬 블라인드에 장착되는 슬랫(2)의 베이스원단(10)이 롤 형태로 권취되고, 상기 권취된 베이스원단(10)을 요구하는 임의 길이로 절단한 후 제공하는 원단공급기(100)와; 버티컬 블라인드에 장착되는 슬랫(2)의 바텀원단(20)이 롤 형태로 권취되고, 상기 권취된 바텀원단(20)을 요구하는 임의 길이로 절단한 후 제공하는 바텀공급기(200)와; 상기 원단공급기(100)를 통해 제공된 베이스원단(10)의 하부로 상기 바텀공급기(200)를 통해 제공된 바텀원단(20)이 포개지면서 서로 안착되어 공급되고, 상기 공급된 베이스원단(10)과 바텀원단(20)을 열융착으로 접합하여 일체화시키면서 슬랫(2)을 제작하는 융착기(300)를 포함하여 구성된다.
