The present invention relates to a sub pile separation apparatus and a pile construction method using the same. The sub pile separation apparatus includes: a lower pile finishing plate fixed to the top of a lower pile to finish the top of the lower pile; a sub pile finishing plate fixed to the bottom of the sub pile to finish the bottom of the sub pile; a separation part installed between the lower pile finishing plate and the sub pile finishing plate and enabling the sub pile to be combined with or separated from the lower pile; a setting part guiding a setting position for the sub pile when the sub pile is combined with the lower pile; an operation shaft having a bottom connected with the separation part to operate the separation part to separate the sub pile and the lower pile; and an operation shaft driving part connected with the operation shaft to control the rotation of the operation shaft. Therefore, even if some of the soil mass in a punching hole wall is lost when a tap is made with a hammer, the soil mass can be prevented from being lost into the lower pile and the sub pile or space between the piles, so the operation of components can be prevented from being disturbed by the lost soil mass. Moreover, a plurality of separation levers are combined with one single rotor to be interlocked simultaneously, and the separation levers are operated by the interlocking of gears producing strong power, not links producing relatively weak power, so the separation levers can be clearly operated. Therefore, the separation levers are accurately separated from a plurality of separation pieces, so the sub pile can be clearly separated from the lower pile.
본 발명의 보조파일 체결해체장치 및 이를 이용한 파일 시공방법은, 하부파일의 상단에 고정되어서 하부파일의 상단부를 마감하는 하부파일마감판; 보조파일의 하단에 고정되어서 보조파일의 하단부를 마감하는 보조파일마감판; 하부파일마감판 및 보조파일마감판 사이에 설치되고 보조파일이 하부파일에 결합되거나 분리되도록 하는 체결해체부; 보조파일이 하부파일에 결합될 시 보조파일의 세팅 위치를 안내하는 세팅부; 보조파일 및 하부파일을 체결해체시키도록 하단부가 체결해체부에 연결되어서 체결해체부를 구동시키는 작동축; 작동축에 연결되어서 작동축의 회전을 제어하는 작동축구동부를 포함하여서 이루어진다. 따라서, 해머 경타시 천공홀 벽의 흙덩이 일부가 유실되어도 하부파일 및 보조파일의 내부나 이들 사이의 공간으로 유실되지 않으며, 이에 따라 유실된 흙덩이로 인해 부품들의 작동이 방해받지 않는다. 또한, 다수의 체결해체레버가 하나의 회전체에 결합되어서 동시에 연동되는 구조이고, 체결해체레버의 동작이 비교적 힘이 약한 링크의 작동에 의해 이루어지는 것이 아니라 강력한 힘을 발휘하는 기어들의 맞물림에 의해 이루어지므로, 체결해체레버들이 확실하게 작동되며, 이에 따라 다수의 체결해체레버들이 다수의 체결해체편들에 정확하게 체결해체되므로 보조파일이 하부파일에 확실하게 체결해체된다.
