The present invention relates to an apparatus for attaching and detaching a lower pile and an auxiliary pile, which can separate an auxiliary pile from a lower pile. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a lower pile finishing plate coupled to an upper end of a lower pile; an auxiliary pile finishing plate coupled to a lower end of an auxiliary pile; a detachable module including a driving gear, a rotating ring, and a plurality of detachable levers; a driving shaft for driving the driving gear forward and backward; and a wire auxiliary driving unit for allowing the auxiliary pile separated from the lower pile.
본 발명은 하부파일 및 보조파일 착탈장치에 관한 것으로서, 하부파일의 상단에 결합되어 상기 하부파일의 상부를 덮으며 상면에 원주방향을 따라 일정간격으로 복수개의 레버결합고리가 구비된 하부파일마감판과; 보조파일의 하단에 결합되어 상기 보조파일의 하부를 막는 보조파일마감판과; 상기 하부파일마감판과 상기 보조파일마감판 사이에 구비되며 구동기어와, 상기 구동기어에 치합되어 회전되는 회전링과, 상기 회전링에 원주방향을 따라 결합되어 상기 구동기어의 회전에 의해 상기 회전링이 회전될 때 함께 이동하며 상기 레버결합고리에 삽입 또는 분리되는 복수개의 착탈레버를 포함하며, 상기 보조파일이 상기 하부파일에 착탈되게 하는 착탈모듈과; 상기 보조파일의 내부를 통해 상기 착탈모듈의 상기 구동기어와 결합되어 상기 구동기어를 정역구동시키는 구동축과; 상기 구동축이 손상되었을 때 와이어의 당김에 의해 상기 회전링을 회전시켜 상기 보조파일이 상기 하부파일로부터 분리되게 하는 와이어보조구동부를 포함하며, 상기 착탈모듈은, 상기 회전링이 회전가능하게 결합되며 판면에 도르레결합공이 형성된 상부고정판과; 상기 상부고정판의 테두리영역에 수직하게 일정 높이 결합되는 보호케이싱을 포함하며, 상기 와이어보조구동부는, 상기 도르레결합공에 회전가능하게 결합되어 상기 보조파일을 통해 하부로 안내된 와이어가 이동가능하게 결합되는 도르레와; 상기 회전링의 판면에 고정결합된 제2링크와; 일단은 상기 와이어에 고정결합되고, 타단은 상기 제2링크에 결합되며 상기 와이어의 당김 또는 풀림에 의해 상기 상부고정판에 대해 회동되며 상기 제2링크를 가압하는 제1링크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
