The present invention relates to a puddle block using polymer concrete and polyurethane and a method of constructing the same. An objective of the present invention is to quickly drain road surface water (rainwater) of a sidewalk into the ground underneath the sidewalk layer by improved circulation of the road surface water, filter out foreign substances contained in the road surface water in the draining process, and activate underground water evaporation to lower the surface temperature of the sidewalk and reduce heat island, thereby creating a clean urban environment. According to the present invention, the puddle block using polymer concrete and polyurethane is installed in the ground underneath a sidewalk by comprising: an outer case (10) having an inner space whose upper and lower sides are open; an inner case (20) which is open upwards, has a box structure with a drainage hole connecting the inside and the outside, and is inserted into the space of the outer case; a filter medium (30) filled in the inner case to filter out foreign substances contained in rainwater flowing into the inner case; and a cover (40) which is permeable to allow rainwater to pass therethrough and covers an upper portion of the inner case. The cover is formed in a layered structure of a cover body (42) and a cover support plate (41), wherein the cover body (42) is formed by coupling aggregate with a polymer binder to have continuous voids not disconnected from each other and the cover support plate (41) is made of polyurethane into a plate shape with one or more holes and supports the cover body from below.
본 발명은 폴리머 콘크리트와 폴리우레탄을 이용한 웅덩이 블록 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 노면수(빗물)의 순환 개선을 통해 보도의 노면수를 신속하게 보도층 아래의 지중으로 유도 배수하고 이 과정에서 노면수에 포함된 이물질을 여과하고 지하수 증발을 활성화시켜 보도의 표면 온도를 낮추고 열섬을 저감하여 청정한 도시환경의 조성을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 폴리머 콘크리트와 폴리우레탄을 이용한 웅덩이 블록은, 내부에 상부와 하부가 개방된 공간을 갖는 외부 케이스(10)와; 상부를 향해 개방되는 한편 내부와 외부가 통하는 배수홀이 구비된 박스 구조이며 상기 외부 케이스의 공간에 삽입되는 내부 케이스(20)와; 상기 내부 케이스 안에 충진되어 상기 내부 케이스에 유입되는 빗물에 포함된 이물질을 여과하는 여과재(30)와; 빗물이 투과하는 투수성이며 상기 내부 케이스의 상부를 덮는 덮개(40)를 포함하여 보도에 지중 설치되며, 상기 덮개는 골재를 폴리머 바인더로 결합하여 상호 단절되지 않고 연속되는 공극을 갖는 덮개 본체(42) 및 폴리우레탄을 조성으로 하면서 하나 이상의 구멍이 형성된 판상이며 상기 덮개 본체를 저부에서 지탱하는 덮개 받침판(41)의 층상 구조로 이루어진다.
