INTEGATED SLEEVE WITH FIREPROOF FILLER
The present invention relates to a sleeve, which is installed in a penetration hole formed between floors of a building to form a connecting portion of vertical pipes of the building. The sleeve includes: a sleeve main body which is formed in a pipe body shape to be fixed in a state of being embedded in the penetration hole and into which the vertical pipes are respectively inserted from an upper floor part and a lower floor part of the building; a filler housing coupled to the lower end portion of the sleeve main body; and a fireproof filler fixed to the filler housing by the same body to be coupled to the sleeve main body with the filler housing and covering a gap between the vertical pipe and the sleeve main body while adhering to the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve main body.
본 발명은 건물 층간에 형성되는 관통공에 설치되어 건물 수직배관의 연결부위를 이루는 슬리브에 관한 것으로, 관체형으로 형성되어 상기 관통공에 매립된 상태로 고정되며, 건물의 상층부 및 하층부에서 각각 상기 수직배관이 끼워지는 슬리브본체; 상기 슬리브본체의 하단부에 결합되는 충전재하우징; 및 상기 충전재하우징에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 충전재하우징과 함께 상기 슬리브본체에 결합되고, 상기 슬리브본체의 외주면에 밀착되면서 상기 수직배관과 상기 슬리브본체 사이의 틈새를 차폐하는 내화충전재를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a sleeve, which is installed in a penetration hole formed between floors of a building to form a connecting portion of vertical pipes of the building. The sleeve includes: a sleeve main body which is formed in a pipe body shape to be fixed in a state of being embedded in the penetration hole and into which the vertical pipes are respectively inserted from an upper floor part and a lower floor part of the building; a filler housing coupled to the lower end portion of the sleeve main body; and a fireproof filler fixed to the filler housing by the same body to be coupled to the sleeve main body with the filler housing and covering a gap between the vertical pipe and the sleeve main body while adhering to the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve main body.
본 발명은 건물 층간에 형성되는 관통공에 설치되어 건물 수직배관의 연결부위를 이루는 슬리브에 관한 것으로, 관체형으로 형성되어 상기 관통공에 매립된 상태로 고정되며, 건물의 상층부 및 하층부에서 각각 상기 수직배관이 끼워지는 슬리브본체; 상기 슬리브본체의 하단부에 결합되는 충전재하우징; 및 상기 충전재하우징에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 충전재하우징과 함께 상기 슬리브본체에 결합되고, 상기 슬리브본체의 외주면에 밀착되면서 상기 수직배관과 상기 슬리브본체 사이의 틈새를 차폐하는 내화충전재를 포함한다.
