The present invention relates to a penetration sleeve that is fixed to a formwork to form a pipe hole in a wall when constructing the wall of a building. In particular, the present invention relates to a penetration sleeve that is integrally equipped with fireproof filler and can respond to various wall thicknesses. The penetration sleeve of the present invention comprises: a socket (110) in which a screw is formed on one side of a body and a screw formed on the other side of the body in an opposite direction to the screw; a first sleeve (120) screwed to one side of the screw (112) of the socket (110); a second sleeve (130) screwed to the other screw (112) of the socket (110); a cap (150) provided with a fixing protrusion (151) and fastened to the open end of the first sleeve (120) to seal it; and a fastening means for preventing the first sleeve (120) or the second sleeve (130) from rotating in conjunction with the rotation of the socket (110).
