INTEGATED SLEEVE WITH FIREPROOF FILLER
The present invention relates to a fire resistant filler integrated sleeve. The sleeve includes: a body having a tubular shape so as to be coupled to a vertical pipe in the vertical direction, and having a first locking protrusion formed inward so that the vertical pipe is caught on the upper and lower parts of the inner circumferential surface; and a fire resistant filler coupled to a position adjacent to the body of each inner circumferential surface of the vertical pipe. With this configuration, by inserting a coupling positioned between the first locking protrusion and the vertical pipe formed inside the sleeve into the sleeve, not only the fire resistance performance is excellent, but also the construction is easy, so that the effect of reducing the construction manpower and time can be obtained.
본 발명은 내화충전재 일체형 슬리브에 관한 것으로, 슬리브에 있어서, 상하 방향으로 수직배관이 결합되도록 관체 형상을 가지며, 내주면 상하부에 상기 수직배관이 걸리도록 내측으로 제1 걸림턱이 형성된 본체; 및 상기 수직배관의 각 내주면 중 상기 본체와 인접한 위치에 결합되는 내화충전재;를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 슬리브 내측에 형성된 제1 걸림턱과 수직배관 사이에 위치되는 커플링을 슬리브에 삽입함으로써, 내화 성능이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 시공이 용이하여 시공 인력 및 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
