The present invention relates to a parking crossing barrier with a billboard function. The parking crossing barrier includes a crossing bar rotatably connected to a shaft of an upper portion of an actuating member mounted on the ground surface, mounted to maintain level to check entrance and exit of vehicles, and releasing the checking state while perpendicularly rotating around the shaft; a frame having an upper frame fixed to a side portion of the crossing bar to be leveled with a longitudinal direction of the crossing bar and vertically mounted toward the ground surface, wherein the frame is formed in a closed type in such a way that an advertising sheet is fixed to an inner face of the frame; a fixing member for connecting and fixing edges of the advertising sheet and the frames adjacent to the edges in order to fix the advertising sheet to the inner face of the frame of the closed type; and a fixing bracket fixed on the crossing bar while getting in contact with a part of the edge of the crossing bar and the outer circumferential surface of the upper frame in order to fix the upper frame to the side portion of the crossing bar.
본 발명은 광고판 기능이 겸비된 주차용 차단기에 관한 것으로서, 주로 차량의 출입을 통제하는 주차용 차단기에 광고판의 기능을 겸할 수 있도록 하기 위해서, 지면에 설치되는 작동부재의 상부측에 회전 가능하게 축 연결되어 차량의 출입을 단속하도록 수평을 유지하는 상태로 설치되고, 상기 축을 중심으로 수직 상태로 회전 작동되면서 단속상태를 해제하는 차단바; 상기 차단바의 측부에 차단바의 길이방향에 평행하게 상부프레임이 고정되어 지면을 향해 수직 하방으로 설치되고, 내측에 광고시트가 고정되도록 폐쇄 형태로 형성되는 프레임; 상기 폐쇄 형태의 프레임 내측에 광고시트를 고정하기 위해 광고시트의 각 테두리와, 그 각 테두리에 인접한 프레임 간을 연결 고정하는 고정부재; 상기 차단부의 측부에 상부프레임을 고정하기 위해 차단바의 테두리면 일부와 상부프레임의 외주면에 밀착되면서 차단바 상에 고정되는 고정브라켓;을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
