The present invention relates to a ceramic panel which comprises: a mixture of waste slag and two or more kinds of stone powder selected from granite, basalt, limestone, dolomite, barley stone, obsidian, feldspar, and sandstone; and a non-phenolic adhesive. More specifically, the present invention relates to a radon-free ceramic panel which is lightweight, and has excellent fire resistance, heat insulation, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and barrier properties of radon gas.
