The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic panel, which comprises the following steps: mixing at least two stone powders selected from slag, granite, basalt, limestone, dolomite, elvan, obsidian, feldspar, and sandstone, to manufacture a ceramic mixture; pelletizing the ceramic mixture to manufacture pellets; fiberizing the pellets to manufacture fiberized materials; mixing the fiberized materials and a non-phenolic adhesive to manufacture a mixture; and molding the mixture to manufacture the ceramic panel. It is possible to provide the method for manufacturing a lightweight ceramic panel by manufacturing the mixture of slag and stone powder at a low temperature.
본 발명은 세라믹 패널의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 슬래그 및 화강암, 현무암, 석회암, 백운석, 맥반석, 오석, 장석, 및 사암 중에서 선택된 2종 이상의 석분을 혼합하여 세라믹 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 세라믹 혼합물을 펠릿화하여 펠릿을 제조하는 단계, 상기 펠릿을 섬유화하여 섬유화된 소재를 제조하는 단계, 상기 섬유화된 소재 및 비페놀계 접착제를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 혼합물을 성형하여 세라믹 패널을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
