The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ceramic panel by recycling stone flour and blast furnace slag, and more specifically, a method of manufacturing a ceramic panel by recycling stone flour and blast furnace slag, which comprises the steps of: preparing a ceramic raw material acquired by mixing stone flour with blast furnace slag and solidifying the mixture thereof; melting the ceramic raw material at a predetermined temperature; fiberizing the molten ceramic raw material; collecting the fiberized ceramic raw material, grinding the collected fiberized ceramic raw material, and mixing the ground fiberized ceramic raw material with a prepared binder; applying the ceramic raw material mixed with the binder to form the ceramic raw material into a plate-shaped panel; cutting the molded panel into a predetermined size; and drying and packaging the cut panel.
본 발명은 석분 및 고로슬래그를 재활용한 세라믹 패널의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 석분 및 고로슬래그가 혼합되어 고형화된 세라믹 원료를 준비하는 단계; 상기 세라믹 원료를 소정의 온도로 용융시키는 단계; 용융된 상기 세라믹 원료를 섬유화하는 단계; 섬유화된 상기 세라믹 원료를 포집한 후 분쇄하여 준비된 바인더와 혼합하는 단계; 상기 바인더와 혼합된 세라믹 원료를 도포하여 판재형상의 패널로 성형하는 단계; 성형된 상기 패널을 선택된 사이즈로 절단하는 단계; 및 절단된 상기 패널을 건조 및 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
