Asphalt Concrete Compositions and Constructing Methods of Reducing Noise Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a waterproof asphalt concrete composition and a constructing method of noise reduction waterproof asphalt concrete using the same. The composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1 to 25 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene; 1 to 25 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 800 to 1,200 parts by weight of aggregate; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a performance enhancer; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a stabilizer. To solve the above problem, the present invention provides: the waterproof asphalt concrete composition which may have good durability and waterproofness and prevent easy occurrence of plastic deformation, aging and/or peeling; and a constructing method of noise reduction waterproof asphalt concrete using the waterproof asphalt concrete composition.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 25중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 골재 800 내지 1,200중량부; 폐타이어 분말 0.1 내지 5중량부; 성능개선제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 상용화제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 0.1 내지 5중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 및 안정제 0.1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 소음저감 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창출한 것으로서, 내구성 및 방수성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않도록 하는 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 소음저감 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 시공방법을 제공하고자 한다.
