The present invention relates to a structure construction method that constructs an underground structure on the ground and then sinks the same to be constructed in the ground. The structure construction method includes the steps of: a) installing a foundation plate (10), a pile (20), and a jack-down device; b) attaching a guide wall (50) to the foundation plate (10); c) constructing a basement structure; d) excavating the lower side of the foundation plate (10) and sinking an underground structure; and e) dismantling the jack-down device and anchoring the pile (20), wherein the subsidence amount of the underground structure can be controlled by adjusting the power of the jack-down device.
본 발명은, 지하구조물을 지반 상부에서 시공하고, 지반 내부에 침하시켜 시공하는 구조물 시공방법에 있어서, 상기 구조물 시공방법은, a) 기초판(10), 파일(20) 및 잭다운 장치를 설치하는 단계; b) 상기 기초판(10)에 가이드월(50)을 부착하는 단계; c) 지하층구조물을 시공하는 단계; d) 기초판(10) 하부 굴착 및 지하구조물 침하 단계; e) 잭다운 장치 해체 및 파일(20) 정착 단계를 포함하고, 상기 잭다운 장치의 힘을 조절함으로써 상기 지하구조물의 침하량을 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가이드월을 이용한 구조물 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
