The present invention relates to an unmanned coating device for a building exterior wall, which sprays spray paint onto a building exterior wall (B) in an unmanned manner, while being elevated by a wire (W) supplied from a winch part (S) supported on the roof of the building. The unmanned coating device comprises: a vibration-proof box (10) elevated by the wire (W) and opened toward in the building exterior wall (B); a spraying pipe (20) provided inside the vibration-proof box (10) in a horizontal direction and spraying spray paint onto the building exterior wall (B); a paint supply part (30) supplying paint to the spraying pipe (20); a plurality of main casters (40, 40′) provided on the front surface of the vibration-proof box (10) and coming in close contact with the building exterior wall (B) during the elevation of the vibration-proof box; first and second arm brackets (50, 50′) extending in the left-right direction of the vibration-proof box (10); and first and second subcasters (60, 60′) provided on the first and second arm brackets (50, 50′) and coming into close contact with the building exterior wall (B) at the left and right sides of a window zone (D) when the vibration-proof box (10) enters the window zone (D).
본 발명은 건물외벽 무인 도장장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 옥상에 지지되는 윈치부(S)에서 공급되는 와이어(W)에 의하여 승강되면서 건물 외벽(B)으로 페인트 스프레이를 분사하여 무인 도장한다 이러한 무인 도장장치는, 와이어(W)에 의하여 승강되는 것으로서 건물 외벽(B) 방향으로 개구된 방진박스(10)와; 방진박스(10) 내측에 가로 방향으로 설치된 것으로서, 건물 외벽(B)으로 페인트 스프레이를 분사하는 스프레이분사관(20)과; 스프레이분사관(20)으로 페인트를 공급하는 페인트공급부(30)와; 방진박스(10)의 전면에 설치되어 상기 방진박스의 승강도중 상기 건물 외벽(B)에 밀착되는 다수의 메인캐스터(40)(40')와; 방진박스(10)의 좌우 방향으로 연장되는 제1,2암브라켓(50)(50')와; 제1,2암브라켓(50)(50')에 설치되어 방진박스(10)가 건물 외벽(B)에 형성된 윈도우존(D)으로 진입할 때 윈도우존(D) 좌우측 건물 측벽(B)에 밀착되는 제1,2서브캐스터(60)(60');를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
