The present invention relates to a soundproof wall comprising: a plurality of H-beam posts (H, H') arranged on a road edge at regular intervals; and a plurality of soundproof plates (100) inserted and stacked downwards from above between the H-beam posts (H, H') facing each other to form a soundproof wall. The soundproof plate includes: a transparent plate (10) which is made of a transparent material for transmitting light and has a rectangular shape; an upper frame (20) having an upper frame groove (21) into which the upper end of the transparent plate (10) is inserted to be fixed; a lower frame (30) which selectively fixes the lower end of the transparent plate (10) on the front side; a pair of side frames (40) installed between the upper frame (20) and the lower frame (30) to selectively fix both ends of the transparent plate (10) on the front side; and an identification sheet (50) attached to and detached from the upper frame (20), the lower frame (30), and the pair of side frames (40), and provided with a pattern to allow birds to identify the same.
본 발명은 도로 가장자리에 일정 간격으로 배치되는 배치된 다수의 H빔 지주(H)(H') 및 상호 대향되는 H빔 지주(H)(H') 사이에서 상부에서 하부로 삽입 적층되어 방음벽을 형성하는 다수의 방음판(100)을 포함하는 방음벽에 관한 것이다. 이때 방음판은, 빛을 투과시키는 투명 재질로 되며 사각형태를 가지는 투명판(10)과; 투명판(10)의 상단이 끼어져 고정되는 상부프레임홈(21)이 형성된 상부프레임(20)과; 투명판(10)의 하단을 전방측에서 선택적으로 고정하는 하부프레임(30)과; 상부프레임(20)과 하부프레임(30) 사이에 설치되어 상기 투명판(10)의 양측단을 전방측에서 선택적으로 고정하는 한쌍의 측부프레임(40)과; 상부프레임(20), 하부프레임(30) 및 한쌍의 측부프레임(40)에 착탈되는 것으로서, 새들이 식별할 수 있도록 패턴이 형성된 식별시트(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
