The present invention relates to a water-draining high-grade asphalt concrete composition using an asphalt binder with excellent adhesion performance and a method of constructing water-draining high-grade asphalt concrete by using the same, capable of remarkably improving the adhesion performance. According to the present invention, the water-draining high-grade asphalt concrete composition using the asphalt binder with excellent adhesion performance includes: 5 to 8 wt% of the asphalt binder with excellent adhesive performance; and 92 to 95 wt% of aggregate.
본 발명은 접착성능이 우수한 아스팔트 바인더 5 내지 8 중량%와 골재 92 내지 95 중량%를 포함하고; 상기 접착성능이 우수한 아스팔트 바인더는 석유계 아스팔트 70 내지 85 중량%, 폴리머 개질제 15 내지 25 중량%, 가소성 첨가제 1 내지 10 중량%, 박리방지제 0.1 내지 1 중량%를 포함하는 것이고, 상기 석유계 아스팔트는 스트레이트 아스팔트, 컷백 아스팔트, 블로운 아스팔트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고, 상기 폴리머 개질제는 SBR, SBS, SIS, EPDM, polychloroprene, polynorbonene, polyolefin, EBA, SEBS, ABS, rubber, polybutene, 에틸렌 공중합체, methacrylic acid ester, maleic anhydride, 에틸렌 삼원공중합체, Glycidyl Methacrylate, ethylene-propylene copolymer 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고, 상기 가소성 첨가제는 EVA, EMA, copolymer olefin, C5 석유수지, C9 석유수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고, 상기 박리방지제는 아민계, 폴리인산계, 소석회 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고; 상기 폴리머 개질제는 상기 폴리머 개질제의 총 중량 대비 부분환원 그래핀 용액 0.1 내지 5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것이고; 공극율이 20 내지 23 %인 것이면서, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 88-34)이고, 굵은골재 사이에서의 부착성능을 향상시켜 높은 내구성을 확보하면서, 골재탈리, 피로균열 및 저온균열에 대한 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있는 접착성능이 우수한 아스팔트 바인더를 이용한 배수성 고등급 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 배수성 고등급 아스팔트 콘크리트의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a water-draining high-grade asphalt concrete composition using an asphalt binder with excellent adhesion performance and a method of constructing water-draining high-grade asphalt concrete by using the same, capable of remarkably improving the adhesion performance. According to the present invention, the water-draining high-grade asphalt concrete composition using the asphalt binder with excellent adhesion performance includes: 5 to 8 wt% of the asphalt binder with excellent adhesive performance; and 92 to 95 wt% of aggregate.
본 발명은 접착성능이 우수한 아스팔트 바인더 5 내지 8 중량%와 골재 92 내지 95 중량%를 포함하고; 상기 접착성능이 우수한 아스팔트 바인더는 석유계 아스팔트 70 내지 85 중량%, 폴리머 개질제 15 내지 25 중량%, 가소성 첨가제 1 내지 10 중량%, 박리방지제 0.1 내지 1 중량%를 포함하는 것이고, 상기 석유계 아스팔트는 스트레이트 아스팔트, 컷백 아스팔트, 블로운 아스팔트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고, 상기 폴리머 개질제는 SBR, SBS, SIS, EPDM, polychloroprene, polynorbonene, polyolefin, EBA, SEBS, ABS, rubber, polybutene, 에틸렌 공중합체, methacrylic acid ester, maleic anhydride, 에틸렌 삼원공중합체, Glycidyl Methacrylate, ethylene-propylene copolymer 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고, 상기 가소성 첨가제는 EVA, EMA, copolymer olefin, C5 석유수지, C9 석유수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고, 상기 박리방지제는 아민계, 폴리인산계, 소석회 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것이고; 상기 폴리머 개질제는 상기 폴리머 개질제의 총 중량 대비 부분환원 그래핀 용액 0.1 내지 5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것이고; 공극율이 20 내지 23 %인 것이면서, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 88-34)이고, 굵은골재 사이에서의 부착성능을 향상시켜 높은 내구성을 확보하면서, 골재탈리, 피로균열 및 저온균열에 대한 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있는 접착성능이 우수한 아스팔트 바인더를 이용한 배수성 고등급 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 배수성 고등급 아스팔트 콘크리트의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
