High Grade Waterproofing Asphalt Concrete Composition Comprising Recycling Asphalt and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition. With respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, the high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition includes: 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 5 to 20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 20 to 60 parts by weight of recycled asphalt; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance improving agent; 5 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a strain inhibitor; 10 to 60 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a rubber aging inhibitor; 2 to 15 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 3 to 15 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, the high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition has high cohesion and high bonding strength to have excellent waterproof properties, has a high-performance grade (PG 88-40) for general applications, has excellent durability, prevents plastic deformation, aging, and peeling, prevents moisture intrusion and port holes, reduces noise, and enables a pavement operation at a low cost.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 석유수지 5 내지 20중량부; 재생아스팔트 20 내지 60중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 접착증진제 5 내지 20중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 변형방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 폐타이어 분말 10 내지 60중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 자외선흡수제 2 내지 15중량부; 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 15중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 고등급 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 88-40)인 공용성 등급이며, 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 포장을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.

The present invention provides a high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition.
