The present invention relates to an eco-friendly cork floor packaging chip using natural cork, including: a natural cork chip crushed to be formed in a chip shape; a weighting member formed to permeate and bond into the natural cork chip; and a resin coating layer formed to coat a resin binder on the surface of the natural cork chip into which the weighting member permeates and bonds. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an eco-friendly cork floor packaging chip using natural cork, comprising: a cork chip preparation step of preparing natural cork crushed in a chip shape; a step of removing lignin contained in the natural cork chip; a step of allowing a weighting member to permeate and bond thereinto so that the specific gravity of the natural cork chip increases; and a resin coating step of coating a resin binder on the surface of the natural cork chip, having passed through the weighting member bonding step, to complete chips for cork floor packaging. Therefore, the eco-friendly cork floor packaging chip using the natural cork of the present invention can provide an eco-friendly cork floor packaging chip that has a predetermined specific gravity, does not discolor due to ultraviolet rays, and has good durability.
본 발명은 파쇄하여 칩 형태로 구성되는 천연 코르크 칩, 상기 천연 코르크 칩에 침투하여 결합하도록 구성되는 가중 부재, 상기 가중 부재가 침투 결합한 천연 코르크 칩의 표면에 수지 바인더를 코팅하도록 구성되는 수지 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 코르크를 이용한 친환경 코르크 바닥 포장재용 칩에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 칩 형태로 파쇄된 천연 코르크를 준비하는 코르크 칩 준비 단계, 천연 코르크 칩에 함유된 리그닌을 제거하는 단계, 천연 코르크 칩의 비중을 높이기 위하여 가중 부재를 침투 결합하는 단계, 상기 가중 부재 결합단계를 거친 천연 코르크 칩의 표면에 수지 바인더를 코팅하여 코르크 바닥 포장재용 칩을 완성하는 수지 코팅 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 코르크를 이용한 친환경 코르크 바닥 포장재용 칩의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 천연 코르크를 이용한 친환경 코르크 바닥 포장재용 칩은 소정의 비중을 가지면서, 자외선에 변색이 되지 않고, 내구성이 좋은 환경친화적인 코르크 바닥 포장재용 칩을 제공할 수 있다.
