According to the present invention, a valve room with a manhole frame height adjusting apparatus and a foldable rising/falling ladder comprises: a valve room mainframe placed to protect a valve facility connected to the middle part of a path of water supply pipes and sewer pipes buried in the ground; the manhole frame height adjusting apparatus elevatably placed on one side on an upper side of the mainframe of the valve room to make the height of the manhole the same as that of the ground surface; and a foldable rising/falling ladder unit in which one side is placed on an inner wall in the valve room mainframe to be foldable and to be taken out horizontally, and when the side is horizontally taken out and extended upward, the upper side is elevatably placed to be elevated and enter the manhole frame height adjusting apparatus. Accordingly, the present invention is able to provide a valve room with a manhole frame height adjusting apparatus and a foldable rising/falling ladder which allow a user to easily adjust the height of a manhole frame configured to support a manhole cover placed at the entrance of the manhole on an upper side of the valve room buried in the ground, to allow not only workers but also returned products to safely be introduced or discharged without an obstacle between the valve room and the manhole frame.
본 발명에 따른 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치 및 접이식 승강 사다리를 갖는 밸브실은: 지하에 매설된 상하수관의 경로 중간에 연결되는 밸브 설비가 보호되도록 구비된 밸브실 본체; 상기 밸브실 본체의 상부 일측에 승강 높이 조절 가능하게 구비되어 맨홀의 높이가 지면과 일치되도록 하는 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치; 및, 일측은 상기 밸브실 본체의 내부에서 측벽에 수평방향으로 접이 인출 가능하게 구비되고, 수평방향으로 인출 후 상승 연장시 상부는 상기 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치의 내부로 상승 진입되도록 승강 가능하게 구비된 접이식 승강 사다리 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 지하에 매설된 밸브실 상측의 맨홀 입구에 구비되는 맨홀 뚜껑을 지지하도록 구성된 맨홀프레임의 높이를 용이하게 조절할 수 있고 밸브실 내에서와 맨홀프레임의 사이에서 작업자뿐만 아니라 반입품까지도 장애 받지 않고 안전하게 출입 되도록 할 수 있는 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치 및 접이식 승강 사다리를 갖는 밸브실을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치 및 접이식 승강 사다리를 갖는 밸브실은: 지하에 매설된 상하수관의 경로 중간에 연결되는 밸브 설비가 보호되도록 구비된 밸브실 본체; 상기 밸브실 본체의 상부 일측에 승강 높이 조절 가능하게 구비되어 맨홀의 높이가 지면과 일치되도록 하는 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치; 및, 일측은 상기 밸브실 본체의 내부에서 측벽에 수평방향으로 접이 인출 가능하게 구비되고, 수평방향으로 인출 후 상승 연장시 상부는 상기 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치의 내부로 상승 진입되도록 승강 가능하게 구비된 접이식 승강 사다리 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 지하에 매설된 밸브실 상측의 맨홀 입구에 구비되는 맨홀 뚜껑을 지지하도록 구성된 맨홀프레임의 높이를 용이하게 조절할 수 있고 밸브실 내에서와 맨홀프레임의 사이에서 작업자뿐만 아니라 반입품까지도 장애 받지 않고 안전하게 출입 되도록 할 수 있는 맨홀프레임 높이 조절장치 및 접이식 승강 사다리를 갖는 밸브실을 제공할 수 있다.
