Manhole frame fixing and height adjusting device
The present invention relates to a manhole frame fixing and height adjusting apparatus, in which a bolt (10), which includes a spiral unit formed on the outer circumferential edge, and an extension unit (40) formed as one body on a lower side, penetrates an engagement hole (201) formed on a circumferential edge unit of a manhole frame. On the lower side of the manhole frame (200), an adjusting plate (20) is installed, so that the bolt (10) penetrates a hole (21) formed on the center of the adjusting plate (20). On the lower side of the adjusting plate (20), an adjusting pipe (30) is installed. On the lower side of the adjusting pipe (30), the extension unit (40) is placed to be fixed on the concrete on a floor of the manhole on a lower side. The present invention is able to connect a manhole frame iron unit to the concrete on the floor of the manhole, adjust the height to easily keep horizontality between a road surface and an upper side of the manhole frame, definitely fix the manhole frame iron unit on the concrete on the floor of the manhole, prevent any part of the road surface from sagging as in the existing manhole elevation construction, and firmly hold the manhole frame iron unit so that the manhole frame iron unit cannot move on the concrete on the floor of the manhole.
본발명은 맨홀틀 고정 및 높이조절장치에 관한 것으로, 외주연에 나선부가 형성되며 하부에는 확장부(40)가 일체로 형성되는 볼트(10)가 맨홀틀(200) 주연부에 형성된 결합구멍(201)을 관통하며, 상기 맨홀틀(200) 하부에는 조절판(20)이 설치되어 상기 볼트(10)는 조절판(20)의 중앙에 형성된 구멍(21)을 관통하고, 상기 조절판(20) 하부에는 조절관(30)이 설치되며, 상기 조절관(30)의 하부에 확장부(40)가 위치되어 하부의 맨홀바닥콘크리트에 고정되는 것으로, 본발명은 맨홀틀철괴를 맨홀바닥콘크리트와 연결하면서 쉽게 도로표면과 맨홀틀상부의 수평을 맞출수 있도록 높이조절을 하며, 또한, 맨홀틀 철괴를 맨홀바닥콘트리트에 확실히 고정함으로 기존 맨홀 승고공사의 도로표면 처짐부분이 발생하지 않도록 하고 맨홀틀 철괴를 맨홀바닥콘크리트에서 움직이지 못하도록 확실히 잡아주는 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a manhole frame fixing and height adjusting apparatus, in which a bolt (10), which includes a spiral unit formed on the outer circumferential edge, and an extension unit (40) formed as one body on a lower side, penetrates an engagement hole (201) formed on a circumferential edge unit of a manhole frame. The present invention is able to connect a manhole frame iron unit to the concrete on the floor of the manhole, adjust the height to easily keep horizontality between a road surface and an upper side of the manhole frame, definitely fix the manhole frame iron unit on the concrete on the floor of the manhole, prevent any part of the road surface from sagging as in the existing manhole elevation construction, and firmly hold the manhole frame iron unit so that the manhole frame iron unit cannot move on the concrete on the floor of the manhole.
본발명은 맨홀틀 고정 및 높이조절장치에 관한 것으로, 외주연에 나선부가 형성되며 하부에는 확장부(40)가 일체로 형성되는 볼트(10)가 맨홀틀(200) 주연부에 형성된 결합구멍(201)을 관통하며, 상기 맨홀틀(200) 하부에는 조절판(20)이 설치되어 상기 볼트(10)는 조절판(20)의 중앙에 형성된 구멍(21)을 관통하고, 상기 조절판(20) 하부에는 조절관(30)이 설치되며, 상기 조절관(30)의 하부에 확장부(40)가 위치되어 하부의 맨홀바닥콘크리트에 고정되는 것으로, 본발명은 맨홀틀철괴를 맨홀바닥콘크리트와 연결하면서 쉽게 도로표면과 맨홀틀상부의 수평을 맞출수 있도록 높이조절을 하며, 또한, 맨홀틀 철괴를 맨홀바닥콘트리트에 확실히 고정함으로 기존 맨홀 승고공사의 도로표면 처짐부분이 발생하지 않도록 하고 맨홀틀 철괴를 맨홀바닥콘크리트에서 움직이지 못하도록 확실히 잡아주는 현저한 효과가 있다.
