MAINTENANCE-REPAIR TYPE SOUND PROOF WALL
The present invention provides a detachable multifunctional transparent soundproof plate which constitutes a soundproof wall and can be installed, maintained and repaired easily. The present invention discloses a detachable multifunctional transparent soundproof plate for a soundproof wall, comprising: a support having a plurality of through holes formed at constant intervals in a vertical direction therein; and a transparent soundproof plate stacked vertically between supports and formed with the structure of a frame enveloping and supporting the upper, lower, right and left edge parts of a transparent plate. The frame includes: a body having a first supporting part formed on a surface facing one edge surface of the transparent plate to support the edge surface of the transparent plate, having a second supporting part formed on a surface facing the edge of the rear surface of the transparent plate to support the edge surface of the rear surface of the transparent plate, and having a first and a second holding groove formed adjacently to the first supporting part to face each other; a holder combined with the first and the second holding groove while supporting the edge surface of the front surface of the transparent plate and having a first and a second hook formed to maintain combination state by being elastically inserted into the first and the second holding groove by elastic deformation; a rail groove formed on the front surface of the body in the lengthwise direction thereof; one or more bolts inserted and mounted into the rail groove so that a head part can slide, and having a screw part protruding through a through hole; and a nut for fixing the frame to the support by being fastened to the screw part of each of the bolts.
본 발명은 방음벽을 이루는 것으로 설치 및 유지 보수가 간편하고 용이한 탈부착 다기능 투명방음판을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 상하로 일정한 간격을 두고 관통구멍이 다수 형성된 지주, 지주들의 사이에 상하로 적층되며, 투명판의 상하 및 좌우 테두리 부분을 프레임이 감싸서 지지하는 구조로 형성된 투명방음판을 포함하며, 특히 프레임은 투명판의 한쪽 테두리 면과 대향하는 면에 투명판의 테두리 면을 지지하는 제1지지부가 형성되고, 투명판의 후면 가장자리와 대향하는 면에 투명판의 후면 가장자리 면을 지지하는 제2지지부가 형성되고, 제1지지부와 인접하여 제1 및 제2걸림홈이 서로 마주보고 형성된 바디, 투명판의 전면 가장자리 면을 지지하면서 제1 및 제2걸림홈에 결합되고, 제1 및 제2걸림홈 내에 탄성 변형에 의해 탄력적으로 끼워져서 결합 상태를 유지하는 제1 및 제2갈고리가 형성된 홀더, 바디의 전면에 그 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 레일홈, 레일홈 내에 머리부가 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 삽입 장착되고, 나사부가 관통구멍을 통해 돌출되는 적어도 하나 이상의 볼트, 볼트의 나사부에 각각 죄어 지주에 프레임을 고정하는 너트를 포함하는 방음벽용 탈부착 다기능 투명방음판을 개시한다.
