MAINTENANCE-REPAIR TYPE SOUND PROOF WALL
The present invention relates to a unidirectional replaceable transparent soundproof plate wherein the transparent soundproof plate is installed in the shape of being stacked vertically between a support and a support constituting a soundproof wall, and a transparent panel can be replaced separately from the transparent soundproof plate. The transparent soundproof plate according to the present invention, wherein a rectangular transparent panel edge is combined in close contact with upper, lower, right and left beams respectively to form a quadrangular frame, and both ends thereof are inserted between a support and a support to be combined in the shape of being stacked in plurality, thereby constituting a soundproof wall, comprises: a supporting member (400) formed to protrude so that one surface of the edge of a transparent panel (100) can adhere closely to the inner side of the space of a quadrangular frame (300); an adhesion member (500) for allowing one surface of the edge of the transparent panel (100) to adhere closely to the supporting member (400) on the other surface of the edge of the transparent panel (100); and a coupler (600) for fixing the transparent panel (100) by being coupled with the adhesion member (500) while passing a guide hole, which is formed on the transparent panel (100) and the supporting member (400). According to the present invention, a damaged transparent panel can be replaced, maintained and repaired separately in a convenient and easy manner without inconvenience and complication of separating many transparent soundproof plates, which are stacked in layers, from supports one by one.
본 발명은, 방음벽을 이루는 지주와 지주 사이에 상하 적층 형태로 설치된 투명방음판에 있어 투명방음판으로부터 투명패널만 교체할 수 있도록 하는 일방향 교체형 투명방음판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 직사각 형상의 투명패널 테두리를 상하 및 좌우빔이 각각 밀착 결합되어 사각 프레임을 이루고 그 양단이 지주와 지주 사이에 끼워져 적층 형태로 복수개 슬라이드 결합되어 방음벽을 이루도록 하는 투명방음판에 있어서, 사각 프레임(300)의 공간 내측에 투명패널(100)의 테두리 일면이 밀착되도록 돌출 형성된 지지부재(400); 투명패널(100)의 테두리 타면에 상기 투명패널(100)의 테두리 일면이 지지부재(400)에 밀착되도록 하는 밀착부재(500); 밀착부재(500)와 상기 투명패널(100) 및 상기 지지부재(400)에 형성된 안내홀을 통과하면서 체결되어 상기 투명패널(100)을 고정하는 체결구(600)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 지주에 대해 적층 형태로 층층이 쌓인 여러 개의 투명방음판을 일일이 분리하는 불편함과 번거로움 없이 파손 상태의 투명패널만을 간편하고 용이하게 교체 및 유지 보수할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
