The present invention relates to a rocking bridge with an experience facility on both sides of a pedestrian road, which comprises: a first main tower and a second main tower (11, 12) and a third main tower and a fourth main tower (16, 17) installed on an upper side of each of a first abutment and a second abutment (1, 2) by being paired having a certain vertical height, and a first support end and a third support end (13, 18) and a second support end and a fourth support end (14, 19) located on an outer side adjacent to each of the first and third main towers (11, 16) and the second and fourth main towers (12, 17); a first main cable and a second main cable (21, 22) connecting each of the first and second main towers (11, 12) and each of the third and fourth main towers (16, 17), a first hanger cable and a second hanger cable (23, 24) connected to each of the first and second main cables (21, 22) and extended downward, and a support cable (26) and a first subsidiary support cable and a second subsidiary support cable (27, 28) whose one end unit and the other end unit are respectively fixed on each of the first abutment and the second abutment (1, 2); and support bars (31) placed on an upper surface of each of the support cable (26) and the first and second subsidiary support cables (27, 28), a first handrail pillar and a second handrail pillar (32, 33) whose lower end units are engaged with the support bars (31), foothold plates (34) fixed on an upper surface of the support cable (26) between the first and second handrail pillars (32, 34), a first subsidiary handrail pillar and a second subsidiary handrail pillar (35, 36) whose lower end parts are engaged with the one end unit and the other end unit of the support bars (31), and a first safety foothold and a second safety foothold (36, 38) which are fixed on an upper surface of each of the first and second subsidiary support cables (27, 28). The present invention aims to provide a rocking bridge with an experience facility on both sides of a pedestrian road, which is able to allow users to enjoy special experiences.
