Emergency Stop Equipment For Elevating Door
The present invention relates to an emergency stop apparatus for an elevating door, comprising: a fixed body unit fixed on both ends on a lower side of the elevating door; and an operating body unit engaged with a front side of the fixed body unit to be able to move up and down. The fixed body unit includes: a base plate; inner side plates which protrude from both side surfaces of the base plate toward a front side; a brake blade operation unit, a guide rod unit, and a guide roller unit which are engaged with the inner side plates; braking force transfer units which are installed on the guide rod unit and the brake blade operation unit for transferring braking force from the guide rod unit to the brake blade operation unit; and an elastic body which is installed on a roller shaft of the guide roller unit. Here, the braking force transfer units include: a second gear which is a driven gear installed on a brake shaft of the brake blade operation unit; and a first gear which is a driving gear installed on the guide rod unit to be engaged with the second gear. The present invention aims to provide an emergency stop apparatus for an elevating door, which is capable of preventing a malfunction.
본 발명의 승강식 개폐문의 비상정지장치는 승강식 개폐문의 하부 양측 끝 부분에 고정 장착되는 고정몸체부와 상기 고장몸체부의 전방에 상하 요동가능하게 결합되는 가동몸체부로 구분되는 구성을 갖는다. 상기 고정몸체부는, 베이스 플레이트와 이 베이스 플레이트의 양 측면에서 전방으로 돌출 형성되는 내부 사이드판, 상기 내부 사이드판에 결합하는 제동날 가동구와 가이드봉부 및 가이드롤러부, 그리고 상기 가이드 봉부과 제동날 가동구에 설치되어 가이드 봉부로부터 제동날 가동구로 제동력을 전달하는 제동력 전달구; 및 상기 가이드롤러부의 롤러축에 설치되는 탄성체;를 포함하여 구성된다. 이때 상기 제동력 전달구는 상기 제동날 가동구의 제동축에 설치되는 종동기어인 제2 기어와, 상기 가이드봉부에 상기 제2 기어와 맞물리도록 설치되는 원동기어인 제1 기어를 포함하여 구성된다.
