An Emergency Stop Equipment That Works When An Elevating Door Accelerates
Emergency stop equipment working when an elevating door accelerates is fixed and mounted on both ends of a lower part of the elevating door and is raised and lowered along guide rails. The emergency stop equipment comprises: a fixing bracket (110) coupled to and installed on the elevating door; an acceleration prevention device (100) installed inside the front of the fixing bracket (110) to generate a braking force when the door lowering speed of the elevating door is accelerated over a predetermined speed; a brake blade operation member (150) for stopping lowering of the elevating door by bring a brake blade (151) into contact with guide rails (300) by receiving the braking force of the acceleration prevention device (100); and a braking force transmission member for transmitting the braking force between the acceleration prevention device (100) and the brake blade operation member (150). Therefore, the braking effect can be increased.
본 발명의 승강식 개폐문의 가속 시 비상정지장치는 승강식 개폐문의 하부 양측 끝부분에 고정 장착되는 고정 장착되어 가이드레일을 따라 승강하는 것으로서, 상기 승강식 개폐문에 결합 설치되는 고정브래킷(110);과 상기 고정브래킷(110)의 전방 내측에 설치되어, 승강식 개폐문의 도어 하강속도가 규정 속도 이상으로 가속될 때에 제동력을 발생시키는 동작이 일어나는 가속방지장치(100);와 상기 가속방지장치(100)의 제동력을 전달받아 제동날(151)을 상기 가이드레일(300)에 접촉시킴으로써 승강식 개폐문의 도어 하강을 멈추게 하는 제동날 가동구(150);과 상기 가속방지장치(100)와 제동날 가동구(150) 사이에 제동력을 전달하는 제동력 전달구;를 포함하여 구성할 수 있다.
