Emergency Stop Equipment For Elevating Door
An emergency stop device for an elevating type opening and closing door according to the present invention comprises: a fixing body unit fixedly mounted at the end portion of both sides of the lower portion of an elevating type opening and closing door; and an operating body unit coupled to the front of the fixing body unit in a vertically movable manner. Here, the fixing body unit comprises: a base frame; an inner side plate protruding to the front side from both side surfaces of the base frame; a brake shoe driving device, a second lever shaft and a guide roller unit coupled to the inner side plate; and an elastic body installed at the roller shaft of the guide roller unit, and installed such that the spring head is supported with a prevention piece and the spring tail is supported with the base frame. Here, one side of the lever is fixedly coupled to a first lever shaft of the brake shoe driving device, and the other side of the lever is movably coupled to the second lever shaft. Therefore, smooth driving can be achieved.
본 발명의 승강식 개폐문의 비상정지장치는 승강식 개폐문의 하부 양측 끝부분에 고정 장착되는 고정몸체부와 상기 고장몸체부의 전방에 상하 요동가능하게 결합되는 가동몸체부로 구분되는 구성을 갖는다. 상기 고정몸체부는, 베이스프레임과 이 베이스프레임의 양 측면에서 전방으로 돌출 형성되는 내부 사이드판, 상기 내부 사이드판에 결합하는 브레이크슈 가동구와 제2 레버축 및 가이드롤러부, 그리고 상기 가이드롤러부의 롤러축에 설치되되 스프링헤드가 저지편에 지지되고 스프링꼬리가 상기 베이스프레임에 지지되도록 설치되는 탄성체를 포함하여 구성된다. 이때 상기 브레이크슈 가동구의 제1 레버축에는 레버의 한쪽이 고정 결합하고, 상기 제2레버축에는 상기 레버의 다른 쪽이 유동가능하게 결합된다.
