The present invention relates to scattering dust collecting apparatus of road using vehicle wind, comprising: a body unit installed between a roadway and a sidewalk or between a roadway and a roadway, and including a side port in which a space open downward is formed inside and one side of the space is open toward the roadway; a filtering unit provided at the side port of the body unit to pass dust among pollutants scattered on the roadway; a sedimentation unit, where a drainage channel open upwards is formed inside the lower part of the body in a state of being buried in the ground, and the open upper end of the drainage channel communicates with the space of the body, so that dust introduced into the gutter through the filtering unit by vehicle wind is passed through the drainage channel; and an induction reinforcing surface that is formed in round shape on the inner side of the drain of the sedimentation unit to induce turning of the airflow including the dust introduced into the drain to settle the dust to the bottom of the drain by gravity and to reinforce the load bearing capacity of the top of the open road side of the drain.
본 발명 차량풍을 이용한 도로의 비산먼지 집진장치는, 차도와 인도 사이 또는 차도와 차도 사이에 설치되고, 내부에 하방을 향해 개방된 공간이 형성됨과 함께 상기 공간의 일측이 차도 방향을 향하여 개방된 측구를 구비하는 바디부; 상기 바디부의 측구에 구비되어 차도에서 비산되는 오염 물질 중 먼지를 통과시키는 여과부; 상기 바디부의 하부에 지중 매립된 상태로 내부에 상방을 향해 개방된 배수로가 형성됨과 함께 상기 배수로의 개방된 상단이 바디부의 공간과 연통됨으로써 차량풍에 의해 여과부를 통해 측구로 유입된 먼지가 상기 배수로를 통해 배출되도록 하는 침강부; 및 상기 침강부의 배수로 내측에 둥글게 만곡 형성되어 배수로로 유입된 먼지를 포함한 기류의 선회를 유도하여 먼지를 중력에 의해 배수로 바닥면으로 침강시킴과 함께 배수로의 차도쪽 개방된 상단의 하중 지지력을 보강하는 유도 보강면;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
