The present invention relates to a special vehicle for insulation transport of asphalt concrete capable of injecting inert gas and, more specifically, to a special vehicle for insulation transport of asphalt concrete which can inject inert gas into an asphalt concrete insulation box holding asphalt concrete to maintain the asphalt concrete at a constant temperature until transporting the asphalt concrete to a road paving site to discharge the asphalt concrete and prevent the asphalt concrete from being aged and oxidized to change material properties. The special vehicle for insulation transport of asphalt concrete capable of injecting inert gas comprises: a vehicle having a loading part (11); and an asphalt concrete insulation box loaded on the upper side of the loading part. The asphalt concrete insulation box includes: an outer box of which the upper side is opened; an inner box provided in the outer box and formed in a smaller size than the outer box, wherein the upper side thereof is opened; a cover formed to cover the upper side of the inner box and the outer box, and formed by an upper plate and a lower plate; a cover opening/closing device connecting the outer box and the cover to each other such that the cover opens and closes the upper side of the inner box and the outer box; and a plurality of pressing devices provided on the outer surface of the outer box to press the cover to the upper side of the inner box and the outer box. The asphalt concrete insulation box is provided with an injection module penetrating from the outside of the outer box to the inside of the inner box. Inert gas is injected into the inner box through the injection module to form an inert gas layer in an upper portion of asphalt concrete.
본 발명은 불활성가스 주입이 가능한 아스콘 보온 운반용 특장차에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아스콘이 수용된 아스콘 보온 박스의 내부에 불활성가스를 주입하여 아스콘을 도로포장현장에 이송시켜 배출할 때까지 일정한 온도로 유지함과 동시에 아스콘이 노화 및 산화되어 물성이 변화되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 아스콘 보온 운반용 특장차에 관한 것이다.적재부(11)가 형성된 차량, 적재부의 상측에 적재되는 아스콘 보온 박스, 아스콘 보온 박스는, 상측이 개방된 외부 박스; 외부 박스의 내측에 구비되되 외부 박스보다 작은 크기로 형성되고 상측이 개방된 내부 박스; 외부 박스와 내부 박스의 상측을 덮도록 형성되되 상부판과 하부판으로 형성되는 덮개; 외부 박스와 덮개를 상호 연결하여 덮개가 외부 박스와 내부 박스의 상측을 개폐하도록 하는 덮개 개폐 장치 및 외부 박스의 외면에 구비되어 덮개를 외부 박스와 내부 박스 상측으로 가압하는 복수의 가압장치를 포함하고, 아스콘 보온 박스에는 외부 박스의 외측에서부터 내부 박스의 내측까지 관통하는 주입모듈이 구비되고, 주입모듈을 통해 내부 박스의 내측에 불활성가스가 주입되어 아스콘의 상부에 불활성가스층이 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a special vehicle for insulation transport of asphalt concrete capable of injecting inert gas and, more specifically, to a special vehicle for insulation transport of asphalt concrete which can inject inert gas into an asphalt concrete insulation box holding asphalt concrete to maintain the asphalt concrete at a constant temperature until transporting the asphalt concrete to a road paving site to discharge the asphalt concrete and prevent the asphalt concrete from being aged and oxidized to change material properties. The special vehicle for insulation transport of asphalt concrete capable of injecting inert gas comprises: a vehicle having a loading part (11); and an asphalt concrete insulation box loaded on the upper side of the loading part. The asphalt concrete insulation box includes: an outer box of which the upper side is opened; an inner box provided in the outer box and formed in a smaller size than the outer box, wherein the upper side thereof is opened; a cover formed to cover the upper side of the inner box and the outer box, and formed by an upper plate and a lower plate; a cover opening/closing device connecting the outer box and the cover to each other such that the cover opens and closes the upper side of the inner box and the outer box; and a plurality of pressing devices provided on the outer surface of the outer box to press the cover to the upper side of the inner box and the outer box. The asphalt concrete insulation box is provided with an injection module penetrating from the outside of the outer box to the inside of the inner box. Inert gas is injected into the inner box through the injection module to form an inert gas layer in an upper portion of asphalt concrete.
