The present invention relates to a post for supporting a formwork. The post for supporting the formwork, which has a lower pipe (1) which is disposed on the ground, an upper pipe (2) which is coupled to an upper end of the lower pipe, and a connection pipe member (3) which connects and couples the upper pipe to the lower pipe, comprises: a support member (4) which is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the connection pipe member in a ring shape to support the upper pipe; a separation prevention tool (5) which is provided in an accommodation member (21), into which a lower end of the upper pipe (2) is inserted to be engaged into an upper end of the support member for preventing rotation of the upper pipe (2); and a rotation prevention tool (6) which is inserted between the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the lower pipe (1) and the connection pipe member (3) and is engaged into a lower end of a long hole (31) formed on the connection pipe member (3) in a longitudinal direction so as to prevent the connection pipe member (3) from rotating for the lower pipe. The post for supporting the formwork has the separation prevention tool provided at the lower end of the upper pipe to be engaged with the support member, has the rotation prevention tool provided between a lower post and the connection pipe member and engaged into the connection pipe member, so that the upper pipe can be stably maintained for the lower post without position displacement upward or downward, and has an effect of quickly performing installation of the post for supporting the formwork by simply and quickly connecting the upper pipe to the lower pipe with a simplified connection structure.
본 발명은 지면에 배치되는 하부파이프(1)와, 그 하부파이프 상단에 결합되는 상부파이프(2), 상기 하부파이프에 상부파이프를 연결하여 결합시키도록 연결관부재(3)를 구비하는 거푸집 지지용 포스트에 관한 것으로, 링형상으로 상기 연결관부재의 외주면에 제공되어 상부파이프를 지지하는 지지부재(4), 상기 상부 파이프(2)의 회전을 방지하기 위해 지지부재의 상단에 맞물리도록 상부파이프(2)의 하단이 삽입되는 수용부재(21)에 제공된 이탈방지구(5), 상기 하부파이프(1) 상단 외주면과 연결관부재(3) 사이에 삽입되고 연결관부재(3)에 종방향으로 형성된 장공(31)의 하단에 맞물려서 연결관부재(3)가 하부 파이프에 대하여 회전되지 않도록 하는 회전방지구(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 상부파이프의 하단에 제공된 이탈방지구로 지지부재와 맞물리게 하고, 하부포스트와 연결관부재 사이에 제공되어 연결관부재에 맞물리도록 제공된 회전방지구로 하부포스트에 대하여 상부파이프가 상하위치변위 없이 안정되게 유지될 수 있으며, 하부파이프에 대하여 상부파이프를 단순화된 연결구조로 간편하고 신속하게 연결하여 거푸집 지지용 포스트 설치를 신속하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a post for supporting a formwork. The post for supporting the formwork, which has a lower pipe (1) which is disposed on the ground, an upper pipe (2) which is coupled to an upper end of the lower pipe, and a connection pipe member (3) which connects and couples the upper pipe to the lower pipe, comprises: a support member (4) which is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the connection pipe member in a ring shape to support the upper pipe; a separation prevention tool (5) which is provided in an accommodation member (21), into which a lower end of the upper pipe (2) is inserted to be engaged into an upper end of the support member for preventing rotation of the upper pipe (2); and a rotation prevention tool (6) which is inserted between the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the lower pipe (1) and the connection pipe member (3) and is engaged into a lower end of a long hole (31) formed on the connection pipe member (3) in a longitudinal direction so as to prevent the connection pipe member (3) from rotating for the lower pipe. The post for supporting the formwork has the separation prevention tool provided at the lower end of the upper pipe to be engaged with the support member, has the rotation prevention tool provided between a lower post and the connection pipe member and engaged into the connection pipe member, so that the upper pipe can be stably maintained for the lower post without position displacement upward or downward, and has an effect of quickly performing installation of the post for supporting the formwork by simply and quickly connecting the upper pipe to the lower pipe with a simplified connection structure.
본 발명은 지면에 배치되는 하부파이프(1)와, 그 하부파이프 상단에 결합되는 상부파이프(2), 상기 하부파이프에 상부파이프를 연결하여 결합시키도록 연결관부재(3)를 구비하는 거푸집 지지용 포스트에 관한 것으로, 링형상으로 상기 연결관부재의 외주면에 제공되어 상부파이프를 지지하는 지지부재(4), 상기 상부 파이프(2)의 회전을 방지하기 위해 지지부재의 상단에 맞물리도록 상부파이프(2)의 하단이 삽입되는 수용부재(21)에 제공된 이탈방지구(5), 상기 하부파이프(1) 상단 외주면과 연결관부재(3) 사이에 삽입되고 연결관부재(3)에 종방향으로 형성된 장공(31)의 하단에 맞물려서 연결관부재(3)가 하부 파이프에 대하여 회전되지 않도록 하는 회전방지구(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 상부파이프의 하단에 제공된 이탈방지구로 지지부재와 맞물리게 하고, 하부포스트와 연결관부재 사이에 제공되어 연결관부재에 맞물리도록 제공된 회전방지구로 하부포스트에 대하여 상부파이프가 상하위치변위 없이 안정되게 유지될 수 있으며, 하부파이프에 대하여 상부파이프를 단순화된 연결구조로 간편하고 신속하게 연결하여 거푸집 지지용 포스트 설치를 신속하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
