The present invention relates to a post for supporting a formwork, comprising: a lower pipe having a supporting part formed at a lower part to be supported on the ground and having a male screw part formed on an outer circumference in a cylindrical shape perpendicular to the supporting part; a supporting member having a female screw part formed on an inner diameter to be coupled to the male screw part of the lower pipe, having a hollow shaft part and a supporting bump formed on the outer circumference of an upper part, and having a plurality of lever parts protruding from the outer circumference of a lower part; and an upper pipe having a lower end inserted and supported on the shaft part of the supporting member coupled to the lower pipe, and having a supporting part provided at an end to support a formwork. Provided is a propping member coupled to the inner diameter of the lower end of the upper pipe, having a flange part, which adheres closely to the supporting bump of the supporting member so that the lower end part thereof can be mounted and coupled to the supporting bump of the supporting member, and having a shaft insertion part formed at the center of the flange part to be inserted into the inner diameter of the lower end of the upper pipe, wherein the propping member is coupled and supported on the shaft part of the supporting member. The propping member coupled to the upper pipe can protect the lower end of the upper pipe and can support a formwork in a shape coupled perpendicularly to the shaft part of the supporting bump of the supporting member, so the perpendicularity to the lower pipe can be maintained all the time to support the formwork by stably responding to a load from the formwork, and the upper pipe can be separated easily, thereby facilitating transport, installation and dismantlement on the scene.
본 발명은 거푸집 지지용 포스트에 관한 것으로서, 지면받침을 위한 받침부가 하부에 마련되고, 받침부상에 수직되는 원통형으로 외측둘레에 수나사부가 형성된 하부파이프와, 상기 하부파이프의 수나사부에 체결되도록 내경에 암나사부가 형성되며, 상부 외측둘레에 중공의 축부 및 받침턱이 형성되고, 하부 외측둘레에 다수개의 레버부가 돌출 형성된 지지부재와, 상기 하부파이프에 결합된 지지부재의 축부에 하단이 삽입 지지되며, 일단에 거푸집 받침을 위한 받침부가 마련된 상부파이프로 이루어진 거푸집 지지용 포스트에 있어서, 상기 상부파이프의 하단 내경에 결합되고, 그 하단부분은 지지부재의 받침턱에 안착 결합되도록 지지부재의 받침턱과 밀착되는 플랜지부를 갖되, 플랜지부의 중앙에는 상부파이프의 하단 내경에 삽입되는 축삽입부가 형성된 받침부재가 구비되어 지지부재의 축부와 결합지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는바, 상부파이프와 결합한 받침부재는 상부파이프의 하단 보호는 물론, 지지부재의 받침턱의 축부에 수직으로 결합되는 형태로 거푸집을 받칠 수 있기 때문에 하부파이프에 대한 수직도를 항상 유지시켜 거푸집으로부터 받는 하중에 안정적으로 대응하여 받칠 수 있고, 간단히 상부파이프의 분리타입으로 현장운반과 설치 및 철거시에도 유리한 이점을 제공한다.

본 발명은 거푸집 지지용 포스트에 관한 것으로서, 지면받침을 위한 받침부가 하부에 마련되고, 받침부상에 수직되는 원통형으로 외측둘레에 수나사부가 형성된 하부파이프와, 상기 하부파이프의 수나사부에 체결되도록 내경에 암나사부가 형성되며, 상부 외측둘레에 중공의 축부 및 받침턱이 형성되고, 하부 외측둘레에 다수개의 레버부가 돌출 형성된 지지부재와, 상기 하부파이프에 결합된 지지부재의 축부에 하단이 삽입 지지되며, 일단에 거푸집 받침을 위한 받침부가 마련된 상부파이프로 이루어진 거푸집 지지용 포스트에 있어서, 상기 상부파이프의 하단 내경에 결합되고, 그 하단부분은 지지부재의 받침턱에 안착 결합되도록 지지부재의 받침턱과 밀착되는 플랜지부를 갖되, 플랜지부의 중앙에는 상부파이프의 하단 내경에 삽입되는 축삽입부가 형성된 받침부재가 구비되어 지지부재의 축부와 결합지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는바, 상부파이프와 결합한 받침부재는 상부파이프의 하단 보호는 물론, 지지부재의 받침턱의 축부에 수직으로 결합되는 형태로 거푸집을 받칠 수 있기 때문에 하부파이프에 대한 수직도를 항상 유지시켜 거푸집으로부터 받는 하중에 안정적으로 대응하여 받칠 수 있고, 간단히 상부파이프의 분리타입으로 현장운반과 설치 및 철거시에도 유리한 이점을 제공한다.
