Provided is a technology of an instrumentation control apparatus including a function for recognizing opening and closing of a manhole cover which reduces inconvenience of work caused by a preexisting manhole cover opening and closing sensing technology, reduces failure due to external impact, and significantly improves maintenance properties. A manhole fixing frame opening and closing signal recognition control apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of coil sensors installed on a side of a manhole housing on which a manhole cover is mounted; a signal line transmitting sensing values of the coil sensors; and an opening and closing detection unit receiving the sensing value of the coil sensor through the signal line and detecting whether the manhole cover is opened or closed based on the received sensing value.
기존의 맨홀 뚜껑 개폐 센싱 기술에 의한 작업의 번거로움과, 외부 충격에 의한 고장이 적고, 유지성이 크게 향상된 맨홀 뚜껑 개폐의 인식 기능을 포함하는 계장 제어 장치의 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맨홀고정틀 개폐신호 인식 제어장치는, 맨홀 뚜껑이 탑재되는 맨홀 하우징 측면에 설치된 다수의 코일 센서; 코일 센서의 센싱값을 전달하는 신호 라인; 및 코일 센서의 센싱값을 상기 신호 라인을 통하여 전달받고, 전달받은 센싱값을 기준으로 맨홀 뚜껑의 개폐 여부를 감지하는 개폐 감지부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
