ROTARY SCREEN HAVING RAKE ROTATION SPEED CONTROL FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a rotary dust collector of a rake circulation speed control function, which comprises: a main body installed in an inflow waterway of a drainage facility, and having a pair of frames spaced apart from each other in a horizontal direction; a main screen installed between both frames of a lower end part of the main body, and filtering impurities included in water passing through the inflow waterway of the drainage facility; and a rake installed to rotate and circulate front and rear parts of the main body through a rotating means, and removing the impurities filtered through the main screen. A lower end part of the main screen is rotatably combined with the main body in forward and backward directions through a pivoting unit. Also, a pressure sensing unit for sensing pressure applied to the front of the main screen is provided at an upper end of the main screen. In addition, the pressure sensing unit is connected to a control unit for controlling a circulation speed of a rake to adjust the circulation speed of the rake in accordance with the pressure applied to a front part of the main screen to quickly adjust the circulation speed of the rake to be faster than a normal circulation speed when a large amount of impurities are introduced and the pressure of inflow water applied to the main screen increases, such that the impurities can be more quickly and efficiently removed.
레이크 순환속도 조절 기능의 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 배수시설의 유입수로에 설치되고, 좌우방향으로 이격되는 한 쌍의 프레임을 가지는 본체; 본체의 하단부의 양 프레임 사이에 설치되고, 배수시설의 유입수로를 통과하는 물에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내는 메인스크린; 회전수단을 통해 본체의 전방부와 후방부를 회전 순환하도록 설치되고, 메인스크린을 통해 걸러진 협잡물을 제거하는 레이크를 포함하고, 메인스크린의 하단부가 회동부를 통해 본체와 전후방향으로 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 메인스크린의 상단부에 메인스크린의 전방부에 가해는 압력을 감지하는 압력감지부가 마련되고, 압력감지부가 레이크의 순환속도를 제어하는 제어부와 접속되어 메인스크린의 전방부에 가해지는 압력에 따라 레이크의 순환속도가 조절되도록 한 기술 구성을 통해 협잡물이 다량으로 유입되어 메인스크린에 가해지는 유입수의 압력이 커지게 될 때에 레이크의 순환속도를 정상 순환속도보다 빠르게 조절함으로써 협잡물을 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 제거할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
