ROTARY SCREEN HAVING HYDROPLANING PREVENTION RAKE
The present invention relates to a rotary dust collector having a rake of a hydroplaning prevention function, which comprises: a main body installed in an inflow waterway of a drainage facility, and having a pair of frames spaced apart from each other in a horizontal direction; a main screen installed between the frames of a lower end part of the main body, and filtering impurities included in water passing through the inflow waterway of the drainage facility; and a rake installed to rotate and circulate front and rear parts of the main body through a rotating means, and removing the impurities filtered through the main screen. The rake includes: a rake plate having a plurality of rake grooves at a front end in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of main screen connection grooves at a rear end in the horizontal direction; a connection bracket fixedly installed at a lower end of the rake plate, and connected to a roller chain of the rotating means; and an adsorption preventing plate fixed and installed at an upper end surface of the rake plate, and preventing thin impurities from being attached to a surface of the rake plate for the same from falling due to the hydroplaning. Accordingly, the hydroplaning does not occur even in a process of removing thin impurities, such as vinyl, toilet paper, cloth, and broad-leaved leaves. Also, impurities from the rake are allowed to smoothly and freely fall toward a discharge conveyor.
수막현상 방지기능의 레이크를 가지는 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 배수시설의 유입수로에 설치되고, 좌우방향으로 이격되는 한 쌍의 프레임을 가지는 본체; 본체의 하단부의 양 프레임 사이에 설치되고, 배수시설의 유입수로를 통과하는 물에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내는 메인스크린; 회전수단을 통해 본체의 전방부와 후방부를 회전 순환하도록 설치되고, 메인스크린을 통해 걸러진 협잡물을 제거하는 레이크를 포함하고, 상기 레이크가, 선단부에 좌우방향으로 다수의 갈퀴홈이 마련되고, 후단부에 좌우방향으로 다수의 메인스크린 접속홈이 마련된 갈퀴판; 갈퀴판의 하단에 고정 설치되고, 회전수단의 롤러체인에 접속되는 접속브라켓트; 갈퀴판의 상단면에 고정 설치되고, 두께가 얇은 협잡물이 수막현상으로 인해 갈퀴판의 표면에 부착되어 떨어지지 않는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 흡착방지판;을 포함하는 기술 구성을 통해 비닐, 휴지, 헝겊, 활엽수잎 등과 같이 두께가 얇은 협잡물을 제거하는 과정에서도 수막현상이 발생하지 않게 되고, 레이크로부터 협잡물이 배출컨베이어 쪽으로 원활하게 자유낙하될 수 있게 되는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a rotary dust collector having a rake of a hydroplaning prevention function, which comprises: a main body installed in an inflow waterway of a drainage facility, and having a pair of frames spaced apart from each other in a horizontal direction; a main screen installed between the frames of a lower end part of the main body, and filtering impurities included in water passing through the inflow waterway of the drainage facility; and a rake installed to rotate and circulate front and rear parts of the main body through a rotating means, and removing the impurities filtered through the main screen. 수막현상 방지기능의 레이크를 가지는 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 배수시설의 유입수로에 설치되고, 좌우방향으로 이격되는 한 쌍의 프레임을 가지는 본체; 본체의 하단부의 양 프레임 사이에 설치되고, 배수시설의 유입수로를 통과하는 물에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내는 메인스크린; 회전수단을 통해 본체의 전방부와 후방부를 회전 순환하도록 설치되고, 메인스크린을 통해 걸러진 협잡물을 제거하는 레이크를 포함하고, 상기 레이크가, 선단부에 좌우방향으로 다수의 갈퀴홈이 마련되고, 후단부에 좌우방향으로 다수의 메인스크린 접속홈이 마련된 갈퀴판; 갈퀴판의 하단에 고정 설치되고, 회전수단의 롤러체인에 접속되는 접속브라켓트; 갈퀴판의 상단면에 고정 설치되고, 두께가 얇은 협잡물이 수막현상으로 인해 갈퀴판의 표면에 부착되어 떨어지지 않는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 흡착방지판;을 포함하는 기술 구성을 통해 비닐, 휴지, 헝겊, 활엽수잎 등과 같이 두께가 얇은 협잡물을 제거하는 과정에서도 수막현상이 발생하지 않게 되고, 레이크로부터 협잡물이 배출컨베이어 쪽으로 원활하게 자유낙하될 수 있게 되는 것이다.
